Last 4 times we've gone food has been cold, which is confusing because we go at opening.

Had lunch with a friend and when I went to sit i was informed I couldn't sit in certain areas. I asked why those sections weren't roped off or something. This wasn't the way to handle it.

I love all the variety Luby's has to offer. For my personal taste, fried fish is the bomb diggity. It never disappoints. The only down side about Luby's is that there are so few of them left. I now have to drive an hour and a half to get to the closest one. I sure wish they would open one in McKinney.

Great experience! Super great staff, very friendly and accommodating. The order was too go, still enjoyed the experience.....just like I remember this great establishment.

Really not even sure why Ashley is a manager! Her attitude and service was beyond poor after I received uncooked food. No empathy or common courtesy that even a 8 year old would have…. I hardly make reviews but this had to be known!

I went there to go and eat on 13 April at 5:09 PM and service was really horrible there was so many people there in line by the time I got my food and sat down at the table my mashed potatoes were cold my chicken was dried out the only good thing out of this was the pecan pie the pecan pie was good but I was at my table for about a good 22 minutes before a waitress came by and asked me if there was anything else I needed on the side where I was sitting there was only four people sitting in front of me she kept going back-and-forth to their table but never once looked at me until I mentioned excuse me can you please get me some salt
