I’m not quite sure who the manager is (Joe Clark) but he’s terrible I went to enjoy Sunday dinner with my family today and was so distracted by the terrible service not only from the children on line but from the management . He spent the whole time I was there yelling at the poor children. That’s not effective that’s was him trying to lead he acted like a dictator. I had to request our plates be warned because the food temperature was basically cold there was no ice or silverware my sides were served in styrofoam to go containers. He definitely needs to be evaluated if not removed.

I decided to drive after church service to pick up two meals . One was for Thanksgiving. Upon my arrival the line was out the door for the to go meals. I quickly left the line and went inside . This is my first visit . The line was long also for those planning to eat inside but they also allowed to go orders . The line steadily moved but took over 20 minutes before I reached the counter to make my request for my to go meals . First plate order was roast chicken 🍗 leg and thigh with mashed potatoes and broccoli 🥦 rice casserole. I forgot to ask for gravy on the side . My Thanksgiving meal was a few thick slices of turkey that were moist thankfully since I totally forgot about gravy mashed potatoes, black eye 👁 peas 🫛 and cornbread dressing. The food was decent and lasted for about two meals each. I also picked sweet tea for my beverage . It was too sweet which I didn't enjoy had to toss it down the disposal when I returned home safely. Almost forgot showed my id and received a military discount as a Navy veteran a 25% savings

I was in there Friday afternoon and lunch was good. The food was good no complaints. But my review today is about the service. Rochelle was my server and I have to tell you as a former restaurant employee. I was watching her work and it really was a joy to sit in her section. She was extremely attentive and always talked to people in a very caring manner. I want to say that I appreciate the attitude and the energy that she brought to work today. May she and her coworkers stay blessed looking forward to the next time I come in. Take care of her because she definitely takes care of all of us. 🙏🏽
