I ordered from the Desoto location for a delivery at 7:24pm. An hour went by I called and asked about my order the young man who answered said they no one had picked up my order to deliver it. He then said he did not know when it would be picked up. After several minutes later I decided to pick up my order. I get to the location and no one was there to refund me the money for the delivery fee or the tip. I was told that the manager Dot would call me the next today. I did not receive a call. I called today and spoke to Dot. Dot told me that she refunded me the tip and tax. I was like well why wouldn’t you refund me the delivery fee too. She said she was only told I wanted the top refunded. There was no apology regarding the issue or the fact my food was cold as it was sitting there for 2 hours.

The one time they messed up, they fixed it with a freaking smile. Im so glad my money is well placed here. Yall are the sweetest and so attentive to the desk and phone calls. Thank you thank you thank you

They close at 10 and not 11pm. That should be corrected on the websites. A lot of companies do this and im tired of it. The owners won't do anything about and no one cares.

The young lady that took my order also delivered my food she was sweet kind and helpful should definitely be a manager and great food perfectly cooked 5/5 thanks guys

The young lady was working constantly. She was cleaning and waiting for them to make the pizzas. The 2 young men were constantly arguing over sports. One was slowly making g pizza while arguing. The other just talking and provoking. I ordered a personal pizza that took 30 minutes. I hope it at least tastes god because I'm still waiting
The young lady was also taking phone orders.
Staff was very polite and professional. Glad to see our young blacks providing excellent customer service.

Placed order online at 8:10 and received an email saying expected time would be 8:30. Arrived and was told pizza was in the oven. At 8:53, still waited for a pizza. Look back and kids just in the back doing nothing. One girl was on her phone and the girl at the register was on her phone. Someone asked again if I was waiting for a pizza. Customers came in and out and there’s were no pizzas left. They finally started to make my pizza and ended up receiving my pizza around 9:06. Will definitely drive the extra 15 mins to the Waxahachie location. Never had an issues with them and pizza is always ready when we pick up. The customer service is terrible but what do you expect when it’s only kids.

I called my order in at 7:08 they said 20 minutes got there pizzas was not ready 7:50 order was wrong still waiting at 8:35 the worst customer service ever

I placed an order online and called them within less than 7 minutes later to cancel it because I no longer needs it. I spoke with someone who assured me the order would be cancelled and my money would be back in my account within 2-3 business days! Great! Fast forwards 4 business days and I still don’t hav my money. So I drove to the store to see about my refund. The “manager” was kind and attempted to help me only to let me know that it would only allow her to give me a partial refund back to my card. She then called her manager to see what could be done and she was advised to give me the remaining in cash which was fine. What was not fine was the delivery fee and taxes on the whole order “could not be refunded.” Make that make sense for food I never received. Piss poor customer service. $9.43 in delivery fees and taxes just given to them for free and the only resolve is “I’m sorry?” Never going back!
