I ordered 3 XL pizzas & you can tell right away that the pizza had a different cheese or something, it was just differently made. I called the restaurant back to see if anything could be done & the worker had said we would be compensated. Not once did she say they required anything of it. When we got to the restaurant the 2nd time, once again no one had said anything but that it would be another 30 mins. The 3rd & final time we went is when we were finally told by the manager that we would only be receiving 1 pizza. Her excuse was “the worker was just trying to be nice”. How is being nice going to help, that’s just being misleading about the situation. No need for the manager to argue the fact that they messed up. Just apologize & provide a better outcome.

I ordered a pizza. It was wrong. I called to notify them and I was on hold long enough that I made the complete drive to the restaurant. Very nonchalant attitude, wasn't concerned about meeting my needs or satisfying me and one of the employees had her whole family in the restaurant and as I pulled up to return the pizza, they're having a whole feast including her while I'm hungry! I got a refund. This is my second and LAST time here. The first experience was just as bad. Do not come to this location!! The Pizza is actually GOOD, but get it from somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean. Only reason for 4 vs 5 is one of the 2 pizzas I ordered was incorrect which added an additional 15 mins to my wait time. The manager did apply a discount after I asked them to make it right and offered the extra pizza as well. Pizza was great as usual with

I’ve started coming here so much me and the staff are on a first name basis. They always suggest new things for me to try based on my past orders. The pizza is top tier the old world sausage is like nothing else I’ve ever tasted. So glad they opened in my neighborhood.
Vegetarian options: Well it’s pizza so of course there are vegetarian options but these are obviously freshly cut everyday. Give it the best taste.
Parking: There is plenty of parking all around the building
Kid-friendliness: There is a dining area for your family to eat in which is so fun for the kids to get out of the house.

OMG, just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. The pizzas are missing ingredients. I ordered the Philly Cheesteak pizza, and I'm still looking for the beef. The 2 topping pizza tastes like a tripple shot of marinara sauce, and the italian sausage and pepperoni are invisible. Not to mention, there was no curbside service because the cook was the only one working! Poor kid was totally stressed out! Whoever owns this joint needs to get it together! I have never experienced a Marcos Pizza with this much chaos and poor service. Terrible representation!

This is the absolute worst location I’ve experienced. It’s one thing for the associates to act unprofessional but the MANAGER?! This experience was so beneath me. Although I was a bystander, this was second hand embarrassment and one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had the opportunity to witness. The associate Reagan was the only mediator in the situation while her manager on duty acted completely idiotic. This establishment will continue to go down as long as the help that is there continue to run this place. Please run the cameras back from today and see exactly what Marcos pizza represents. Exactly, clownery.
