The wait was too long , for curbside I had to go inside to a full lobby no one working curbside orders. 20 minutes, it's suppose to be fast food??
The Quter Pounder was salty. I'm not sure why my budget was salty. I wasn't able to dine in but I did order from inside. I don't always eat here at this Mickey D. But while inside I notice the place was pleasant.

I came in for a pick up order and Ashley C was very rude. She barked that they working on it with the ugliest attitude and they were not really responsive to the customers. A man got so irritated that he walked to the back of the counter to get what he needed. Let’s just say I will not be picking up orders from this location again

Upon arrival to the drive-through speaker I just say I received exceptional service from a unknown male and was actually looking fwd to greeting him at the window. Unfortunately no there was a brown skin redheaded young lady there in which I could slightly see her interaction with the vehicle before me that she had an attitude. My turn, she immediately asked what was my order? I told her part assuming she'd be able to put 2 and 2 together but no she responds what else. Of course I tell her she hands me the order and slams the window in my face before I could ask anything. No receipt, took almost an hour to get a manager and discuss this situation... The managers English was so bad she could barely understand what I was describing. This has always been the only location I would do business with, never again. My 7y/o daughter was even confused. Now I have to let this innocent person know that unfortunately this is what people are like in the real world outside of our home.

I'm pretty good for the most part. Was a little bit up a line but it wasn't too bad , what's nice and convenient

The door dash food I ordered was missing a box of nuggets and the boxes now have the monopoly games on it! Well the dasher didn’t steal the box because my bag wasn’t torn the McDonald employees are stealing peoples food and a lot of this will start happening because of the monopoly games they brought back. Sad!

Took the drive through this morning and I could hear the employees making nasty throw up sounds and laughing. I was so grossed out that I ended up throwing my food away. The manager handed me my meal and did not even apologize for the horrible sounds. This place lacks customer service

Establishment is always clean. Dining area is always in order. Patricia who is a manager was extremely nice and courteous to as she took my order on 9/14/2025. Will always stop in time to time

I came through the drive-through solely for a drink. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper because I am diabetic. I asked twice once when paying, and once when I picked up at the window if it Was diet both employees told me yes. Why is my blood sugar shooting up? This is actually pretty dangerous.. It got up to 259 It’s still bad, but could’ve been way worse. This is not good yall should pay more attention .

I walked in and waited for 30 MIN!!! The chashier walked in and clocked in and started taking orders. Patricia and the rest of the Hispanic ladies where gossiping for the 30 mins. This is not the first time this has happened. 1 week ago my mother and I walked in and there where a whole bunch of elderlyn loud people screaming and talking very loudly across the McDonald's and the workers were hipping it up. This is unacceptable and I understand that y'all can't do anything about the customers but y'all can definitely do something about the staff.
