I expected just another pizza but WOW! This is the best pizza I've had in years:) The crust is crisp and it wasn't like eating dry cardboard (not that I've ever done that) and it had sauce that didn't disappear. It was perfect. I will be a return customer The toppings were distributed all over so that I hand toppings in every bite. I love it!!!

Need specials for customers that phone in orders! I was told all specials are online only.. uuuggghhhh the way I see it is... specials are specials whether online or not.. give ppl a break gezzz

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed an order online 66% of my order was made incorrectly in the store refused to remake one of my incorrectly made items due to a system. Note the item that they refused to make was a small cauliflower pizza with no cheese. I imagine which I imagine is no more than $3 worth of materials/food.

My husband is vegan and ordered no cheese on his pizza. He paid online. When he went to pick it up, it had cheese on it. They refused to remake it or refund his money. Completely ridiculous.
Any pizza is a good pizza but this pizza is good enough to remember when stopping through Dallas. Second time having Mr. Jim’s. Lots of flavor. I’ll be having it again the next time I’m staying overnight in DFW.

This is the worst place ever. If I could have given zero stars I would have. I placed an order at the Desoto location. I never received my pizza. I called back to inquire and the manager or whomever lied and said they tried to call me several times....that was a lie. He also lied and said the driver stated they rang the doorbell several times and no one answered....that was a lie....noone ever showed up. He said he was going to call the driver to see where he was, he then said he was going to send the driver back out. I still never received my pizza.
