The host at the front was not friendly. My wife and I waited almost 20 minutes before I finally asked for chips and salsa not to mention a menu. Jasmine the waiter made things better. Customer service begins at the front door. This was not the case. The customer service at this location was not good. Jasmine the waiter can't do it alone. It takes a team effort.
Hostess was not at the front, it took them a super long time to seat us even though they were not busy. We requested extra seating which we never received our guests showed up and we added a table. The manager showed up to question us (the customer) about moving the table which we asked for 45 minutes earlier. Their only saving grace was our wait staff, he has a wonderful personality.

I have been coming here for a long time. It’s not always been great here but we keep coming. It’s been consistent the last few times. The servers are nice and service seems to be way better than before! Ask for Will, he has taken care of us twice now and he know what’s he’s doing.
