I didn't want to believe the reviews but they aren't far off. We waited close to 10 minutes to be seated. After being sat we waited another 15 to 20 minutes and never even got a "hi" from one person before finally leaving. Another table walked in 10 minutes after we sat at our booth. Not only did they get a "hi" they got their chips and salsa within a few minutes of being sat. I guess they pick and choose who they really want to wait on here. OTB used to be my favorite restaurant growing up in Arlington. I haven't been to OTB in years since I moved to a different city and it looks like that is going to be the case again sadly.

The service was so slow that a table of 3 who was seated ~10 mins after we were sat for 15 mi s without any server coming over to.... They left without fanfare. Our food took 30 mins to aalrrive and it was cold, on top of not being very good. After the food was served, it was 10 mins beforewe saw the server, or any server again. At least 3 drinks were empty, waiting on a refill or the offer to refill.We will not return to that location, nor any other location.

I'll say the staff is short. But the staff on site will do their best to give you attention.1 waitress and 4 tables and a group of 8 in the back was ridiculous to put on her but she killed it!Expect to sit chat and not eat and run.

Food could be better, but it met expectations of on the border quality. Our server Christopher (gentlemen with all the tattoos) was freaking amazing! He was waiting most of the tables from what I could see & was on top of everything need, even with training someone it looked like! Please give him a raise/promotion when his time comes! The only real reason for my review today was his outstanding service! Thank you.
Atmosphere was very nice, the place is colorful and clean. Food was good, we also had some very tasty margaritas.However, they took like 15 minutes to gives a table, when they finally did they've forgotten the menu's and didn't notice til we asked for them. Our waitress was very kind and servicial but it took like 45 minutes for our food to arrive and, though, it was good I'm not sure it was worth the wait.

We stopped at 2pm on a Monday. Place was basically empty. After about 20 minutes of waiting for someone to seat us, we left.
I order steak fajitas and this is what I got. Not even sure what kind of meat this is. I was so disappointed ? a waste of time and
