I pre-ordered for delivery at a specific time 2 hours in advance, and opted for text updates. It is now 10 minutes overdue so far, and I’ve received no updates. I had to call their phone bots directly to learn that it would be delivered up to 30 minutes later than I specified on my pre-order. Not to mention, they guilt trip you into tipping BEFORE the order even arrives.

Walked in today for support for feeding the homeless tomorrow through the Blizzard that's approaching us tomorrow. I asked for the Store Manager there he was in the mix literally making dough. He stopped what he was doing and jumped right in to assist me . He gave me the information I needed to be able to help the less fortunate this winter. On top of that all of his staff was friendly and professional. It was clean and of course the pizza was always fresh... Thanks Ernest I can tell Eric is taking good care of you over there. Soggy dough. Never seen anything like it. The toppings on one slice were sitting on top of the cardboard instead of the dough. I am guessing that there was a hole in the dough. I don’t know what they did to my poor pizza. There were barely any toppings on the pizza besides cheese. I knew something was janky when I seen a FLY land on top of my pizza box while I was paying for the food. Who raised these fools? Customer service is dead.

Love ending a saturday with a missing delivery, stolen money, a side of noone accountable. Told me to call door dash about it, door dash couldnt even use their order number. I used the papa johns site site to order the meal. What a mess. Dont get delivery here.
