Joesph was a hard worker, as well as Kadarril ! They were wonderful. Made being here such a great time. However it’s was really hot. The manager need to give them some air conditioning. All they have for them is hot blowing fans. Not cool. Besides that, food and service 10/10. Atmosphere 0.

Is amazing, how the company Papa johns spend millons of dollars to get people buy their pizza, and one store loose an customer that easily, while I was checking my order the 2 employees ignored me, then I ask the guys for cheese and pepper, they tell me 15 cents por package in the arrogant form , I tell the guy I did not know you have to pay for the packages of pepper and cheese if I would know I dint buy the pizza there i just go with their competition. I will never buy pizza Papa Johns. Poor customer service. My bad because I didn't check it out the reviews before purchased the pizza.

I pre-ordered for delivery at a specific time 2 hours in advance, and opted for text updates. It is now 10 minutes overdue so far, and I’ve received no updates. I had to call their phone bots directly to learn that it would be delivered up to 30 minutes later than I specified on my pre-order. Not to mention, they guilt trip you into tipping BEFORE the order even arrives.

Walked in today for support for feeding the homeless tomorrow through the Blizzard that's approaching us tomorrow. I asked for the Store Manager there he was in the mix literally making dough. He stopped what he was doing and jumped right in to assist me . He gave me the information I needed to be able to help the less fortunate this winter. On top of that all of his staff was friendly and professional. It was clean and of course the pizza was always fresh... Thanks Ernest I can tell Eric is taking good care of you over there.
