Gets a thumbs up from me! Wings were fresh and decent sized. Sauces were flavorful and they didn’t go light on dousing the wings in them like other places. I did an online order and it was right on time. Normally my spouse eats 5 wings in a single setting, but they were so good that she took down 9. A complimentary house made ranch would elevate the experience but it was still a very good experience overall. I will definitely order again soon.

I gave this place 2 because it wasn't just...ok. First impressions are lasting impressions. I placed my order through Door Dash for a pickup. I ordered a 15pcs wing/2 flavors. My total came to 22.39 with tax. The flavors I tried were lemon pepper and Crack wings. There was a small delay with picking up my order based on the time the app gave. I took notice that it was kind of dark there and it didn't feel clean. There were no patrons in sight so I was trying to understand why some tables were dirty. When standing at the register, I noticed that the equipment could use a cleaning. This always make me nervous...ordering food from anywhere. The cashier was extremely playful...I'm exhausted and not in the mood. The wings were mediocre at best. Whatever the Crack wings were...didn't hit home and the lemon pepper lacked enough of the flavor to call it that. Both were bland. Based on this experience....I will not return.Parking: It's a small strip shared with Little Ceasars. There is parking in the boack but if you are challenged....you may have a hard time finding somewhere to park.

Small establishment, friendly staff, delicious food. We ordered the 5pc lemon pepper wings and 1pc catfish with fries. Everything was delicious and fresh, no complaints there. However, I do have two issues with this establishment. I asked for ice water with my meal, and the gentleman informed me they were out of ice. Ummmm, that's different, so I asked for a bottle of water they didn't have any. Everybody does not drink soda. It would have been nice if they had multiple beverage options. My second issue was that the size of the wings was extremely small. However, they were being advertised as jumbo wings. I appreciate the cashier informing me that the wings were drumlette verses whole wings. My suggestion...it may be time to look for a new vendor for better quality of meat. I definitely would return to this establishment, and Yelpers, I recommend you give them a try as well.

Love how the food is made fresh and all the veggies on sandwiches and salads taste fresh . I am always greeted with a happy smile as my order is taken. This place is definitely a gem. Please stop by if you’re ever in the area and give theIs place a try . I’ve recommended so many friends and family since I tried the delicious wings . Came back two days in a row, wings are made fresh and fries are seasoned. Sweet Tea is actually sweet and not liquid diabetes. I got Sweet Hot which are as advertised.Previously I gave the restaurant 5 stars which felt deserved at the time but after visiting the most recent time I’m afraid those 5 are down to 2. My reasoning is the wing quality dropped, the sauce got watery, and the price went up.Price:When I posted these photos I spent a total of 17.58 on 10 wings, fries, and a drink. But when I went in this time I almost spent $21 on fries and the wings alone. I’ll round up for argument sake, the wings were $13 and the fries $4 + $1.50tax. Maybe my math is off but that’s $18.50 but the pay terminal said $21 and change maybe I missed something. I opted out of the fries and only got wings ($13) which were disappointing to say the least.Quality of food:The wings in the photo are sizable and the sauce stuck to the wing. The wings I just received were all half the size and the sauce tasted watered down. The wings were also floppy, they didn’t have that crunch you want from your wings. I felt like I was eating dominos wings ?. I’m not sure what happened but my overall experience has dropped I’m not sure I’ll be back for another time.

Placed an order online. Pickup was suppose to be at 7:30. Gave them a few extra minutes. Arrived 7:45. Said we don't have a order that came online. I showed the guy that could be less concerned the conformation on my phone. Well, guess what he found the order. I asked so it's not ready? He said no, be 30 min. I asked for a refund, told me he couldn't do that, I would have to come back and talk to the owner. Called a couple of times owner was never there. So I hope you enjoyed screwing me out of that 20 bucks!
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The bacon is burnt to the point it ruins the entire burger. The patty is over cooked & dry. I usually ask for my food to be corrected but I already waited 20 minutes just for a burger & I didn’t get a receipt. I’m not upset because the cook & cashier look & sound like children. I just wasted $10 bc this is going on the garbage. This was my first time & I won’t be back.

Catfish tasted like it was fried in old grease, the fries were cold and the Phat salad was missing items that were included on the menu. The place could stand a good cleaning. Would not return or recommend.

I'm new to the area; as of yesterday morning, as a matter of fact. What a GREAT WAY to be WELCOMED TO TEXAS than my experience here. I decided to stop at the Little Ceasars next door just to get something quick. I asked my nephew about this place because he's been here for five years. He said he wasn't familiar with it. While waiting for my pizza, I sawca going lady in her car outside waiting for someone. I caught her before leaving and asked if she frequented Phat Matt's and she said, "Oh YES MAM! Quite often and you should try it!" So I did ... I was NOT disappointed ... to say the least! The service was AWESOME! The gentleman who took my order was VERY FRIENDLY and with a sense of humor! And the food .... Oh my goodness!!! I decided on catfish nuggets and fries. Even the tarter sauce wasn't just an average tartar sauce. It had a kick to it. I loved every single bite and WILL BE RETURNING soon. I'm big on GREAT customer service, and this was it AND SOME! I couldn't have gotten off to a better start with my new beginning here in Texas!
