If I order a pizza and want to pay cash I shouldn't have to give a code to get my pizza not a smart move just lost a customer for life why do I have to stand at my door to get a code and wait for my pizza to get cold to get a code so I can give cash for my order my cash should be my code.

I ordered 2 personal pans. I haven’t been in a while but they had a special going so I ordered. At first look it was not appealing. it hardly had any meat, cheese or sauce. The taste was not any better. I will not be going back even if they are giving the pizza for free.

I looked at my pizza it was not pepperoni like I ordered. It was at supreme Pizza. I informed the lady she gave me the wrong pizza. But she fixed it immediately. It took about 10 more minutes. But they did correct the order and I appreciate them for that.

Ordered 2 personal Pam’s for lunch. Pickup no order, tell us they called and left a message saying they were out of personal pan pizzas. No sorry no let us discount you for your convenience. Sales guy asked manager there today at 1:00pm 8:21/2025 said no! We left no We! Ordered wkly but not anymore. If you can’t support us for our inconvenience we can’t be your customer! $ refunded but not enough!

Pizza was under cookd and appeared that they ran out of ingredients. Spoke to the GM and he said he made the pizza (and it looked like this and it appeared to be eatable to you)

My order was correct (ordered through the app). However, the place was short staffed and overwhelmed. I set up a 7:30pm carryout and waited another 27 minutes. All in all a mixed bag.
I went to this place since Red Oaks was out of stuffed crust pizza. Unfortunately, this place did not produce it correctly. I'm not sure who the young lady who served as the manager was.
However, she was the most pleasant and professional manager/personnel I've ever encountered at Pizza Hut or any other fast food restaurant.
This is the type of management that every restaurant needs. With the excellent customer service I received tonight, I plan to return.

Whoever is cooking during the day needs to be there at night! I have been ordering from here for almost 2 years and this is the "Best" I have ever had from this sight... you can tell it wasn't rushed ,tho the pizza toppings are always shisty..the fact that it taste fresh and was done correctly is a plus for me! Great Job day time team!!! This is definitely a upgrade of experience!
