Do not order from Pizza Hut. Black people’s safety is at risk when you falsely accuse someone for your lack of customer service. Their delivery guy falsely accused my family member of assault and had them arrested. No evidence of assault on home camera, but never asked questions and called police. If I could give a 0 star I would.

I haven't received my food Yet! Today is 4/1/24 @ 538 pm. I had the Pleasure of speaking to Thomas tonight when placing my order, normally the people here or rude and sound hood over the phone with the exception of one lady I can't remember her name she was older sounded like but,sweet. Thomas thank you so much for Great Customer Service!!! Now I hope my Pizza is good! But, your Customer Service is Awesome I rate you ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

If I could give 0 I would. Half my delivered order was missing. The other half was open, cold, and not good. I feel like they stole money from me by taking my payment and not giving me my food as ordered. Customer service is horrible.
I would give this place a zero if it was available. I ordered and paid for a pizza and didn’t get either. I feel like I just got robbed. To make things worse. The three people in there including the manager thought it was funny. They told me I couldn’t get a refund. The service here SOOO TERRIBLE!! I called the Police and they told me that they get calls here about this TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE TIME!!! I’m very upset because I feel like I got robbed and laughed at. Because that’s actually what happened. This store in our community should be gotten rid of expeditiously

Well. I somehow got an "All Cheese" ? Pepperoni Pizza ? and 2 orders of 7pc Boneless wings.Miss Oliva said the wings are pre-packaged, so her staff has "no control". She offered to redo the wings but I had already made it home. I didn't notice that the red spots in the pizza was just sauce ?. I had not had a cheese pizza since grade school. I thought it was going to be like the advertised picture of the cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza ? and marinara sauce.
