Wings had nothing on them. And they were supposed to be honey lemon peper. No dipping sauce AT ALL!!! And it clearly states 1 ranch and 3 blackened ranch!!! 30$ meal with no sauce at all not even on the wings! WHAT ARE THEY DOING!

Top box in bag had fresh hot chicken, while the bottom box had ALL BURNT CHICKEN. Why would you even dare put it in a box for a paying Customer?!Tried to call several times, since I was no longer near the location and they kept hanging the phone up after 2 rings! It's always something at this location. Last time I had to go in to get my order remade. All I can say is that the young gentleman in the DT gave awesome customer service. That's it, that's All.

The time on the door and online says you close a 11 so why when I came by at 1009 the lobby was closed and drive thru was also closed. This is false advertising and I'm very upset about it.

We went to the DesotoTexas on Pleasant Run got home you couldn't even chew or bite into the tenders, I went back up there ,nicely explained about the tough chicken so after 15minutes they gave me another order, got home still not able to bite into the tenders, I refused to go back up there, it Must be old chicken But truly there's a PROBLEM.

We ordered dinner online at 8:56 PM. Food was supposed to be ready for pickup at 9:11 PM. I get here on time and they still tell me it’s going to be another 20 minutes because they’re waiting on the chicken.
I see so many employees in the BOH but they can’t manage to work together and make things happen properly…

They literally 'manually' broke (not cut) the tips off two wings and broke the wings in half to make four pieces. Then gave me two itty-bitty wings without the tips. The audacity for a restaurant to literally break your food with their hands and try to pass it off as individual party wings.

I ordered from the drive-thru. I ordered the popcorn shrimp meal deal and the six-piece bone-in ghost pepper wings. The salesperson said it would be 10-15 minutes for the wings because they did not have any wings ready. I said I would wait. I also said I would like to receive my shrimp meal hot and fresh with my chicken. He said he could do that. Once I received my food, I opened the shrimp meal because it was on top and hot. I began to eat some fries. I drove home, which was about 15 minutes. About an hour and a half later I open my chicken to put in the air fryer to heat up. This is when I discovered the atrocious wings.

Horrible their phone number doesn't work and they changed on reciept so it doesn't even match online number. Both don't work. They do this to hide bad customer service from being reported. Corporate needs to fix this place ASAP they forgot food at this location and no way to report.
