Tonight I visited this establishment and I ordered a Fish sandwhich combo. The fish was old and the guy prepared my food threw the fries in the bag without them being in a fry container. He said they do not put the fries in a fry container when you order a combo meal. That was crazy to hear that. I will be visiting the store tomorrow to speak with a manager and contacting the corporate office. Customer service here is terrible and something needs to be done about this asap!!!

First of all, I tried to make a mobile order from Waxahachie, but the store was closed. So I made a mobile order to the store in Desoto. I drove to pick my order up from this location, but was told that the system was down! I informed the person inside that I had a mobile order. The person told me to just cancel the order! What?!

This is the worst Popeye’s I’ve ever visited in my life!!! Not only is the food cold but they can’t even get orders correct. Instead of mashed potatoes, I received red beans and rice. Instead of getting chicken nuggets I received a broken up chicken strip. Horrible service! And the cook or order preparer is absolutely lazy or incompetent. I’m definitely reporting this incident to their corporate office because this is the second time I’ve experienced a similar situation at this location! Just pitiful!
