Unfortunately, the service is great but the ribs were awful. They don't even taste like BBQ, almost like they were prepared a different way and then quickly put on the grill and slathered with sauce. Really disappointing.

Got 5 whole burnt dry wings paid $3 ea. When I tell you the wings were burnt and dry that’s an understatement!!! I should have known something wasn’t right about the food when it was no line at 5:45-6pm on a Friday evening. Not sure why they would sell extra burnt dry wings to a customer that would have came back and spent more money eventually.Should have read the reviews before hand! Never again!!

Order 2 baked potatoes and Mac and cheese and when I say it got me and my wife sick…. We are at the hospital being treated for food poisoning… Mac and cheese tasted spoiled and sour.. the potato’s tasted dirty and like chemicals… tried to call the number when asked to speak to person in charge they hung up and either blocked me or turned the phone off but it won’t go through.. I work here in Desoto and decided to give them a try. Definitely won’t again.. I rather stick to gator pit in Lancaster

1st time trying out the Loaded Brisket Bake Potato...Rate Bake Potato: 8.5/10...Customer Service is 10/10... The lady employee was very sweet, courteous, and patient with me. She also told me that it was 20% off if I placed an order online or through the app. That was well appreciated, and I like to save money. I did have questions about the food and menu, and she answered my questions thoroughly. Price was definitely decent.. I ordered 2 Brisket Bake potatoes for $25. They loaded my potato up. Brisket was tender. The only thing is that the brisket could have a little bit more smoke on it. Everything else was good. I will be going back...I will probably try the Brisket mac&cheese or catfish. 💯

Had a chopped brisket sandwich with sweet tea. The brisket tasted 3 days old and the tea was very strong. I threw my entire meal away. Got to do better. Too many negative reviews.

I really hate this because I used to really enjoy this food but the last few times have been awful. Wait is long as hell and either my order has been wrong or the food is just not good. I just ordered a burger and meat is so overcooked and dry. I asked for light seasoning on my fries because the last time I ordered a burger and fries (when they got my order wrong and I waited for an hr) the fries had so much seasoning they weren’t edible. I even put them in another container and tried to shake the seasoning off and it’s was just terrible. This time it’s the same this the fries are so salty they can’t be eaten. Overall really disappointed. I haven’t seen the guy that’s normally there in a while, but I hope he comes back because I won’t be back or recommending this place to anyone..

This is my first time trying this place and will not be returning. I ordered a baked potato with everything on it. It took almost 50 mins to receive my food you would think waiting on the food that long will be fresh and good but No it was not at all I was disappointed. The baked potatoes was cold. They just put everything together quickly and the meat tastes old like it’s been in the refrigerator and been heated up not fresh at all and the meat was really salty like they reheat it and seasoning again. The jalapeños peppers taste old not fresh at all. The cheese was not melted and looked old not fresh.The services was okay but the girls looked overwhelmed. I loved the atmosphere and I love supporting anybody business but especially I love food and I’m sure at one point this place was good but they need to do better.

1st and last time visitors. We ordered two loaded baked potatoes with brisket. It was take out, so we took them home, about 10 minutes away. I forgot to tell them sauce on the side! After taking off the layer of jalapeños, they were cold, so I had to nuke them. After 1 1/2 minutes, they were still inedible. The cheese did not melt and grayish color of the potatoes told me that they had been previously nuked😡 they were so bad! I finally found the tablespoon of brisket! Ate that and trashed the rest. A very expensive lesson.
