Honestly not sure why I keep giving this location any of my time. I have been here at least once a week (i live a block away) and EVERYTIME i KID YOU NOT im here for 30 mins or more waiting on my order 😠I have even tried to order online ahead of time for quicker service and nothing. This place is a JOKE and I hope they get the employees they need.

Waited 30 minutes for my order that I placed on the app for it to be cold when I got it. So why couldn’t you just bring my food if it was ready? Horrible experience.

Absolutely no consistency. Families milkshakes were super thick. My blast was soup. Also every time our drinks are overfilled and spilling down the sides of the cups. The car hop spilled soda down the side of my car last time.
The food quality of the whole business has taken a dive, but this wasn't the best experience. I ordered my food online and I still had to wait a while. It took the waitress some time to get my order right. Unless I'm just ordering drinks, I would rather just go somewhere else.

Worst service ever! Staff is so rude and will not attend you if you match their rude energy. I also noticed they only attend you if you are a person of color. Not other races. Most racist establishment. BLM woke supremacy in there. Food was cold. And they expected a tip, after the fact. Never again!

The lady who served me was so freaking nice, but the iced coffee was horrendous, and the bacon tasted days old and rock hard. This location usually messes up our order, but this time wasn’t just wrong order or forgotten items (normal mistakes you make when working a fast paced food job), this time it was quality.

Did not let my kids use the restroom, I told the lady I was a customer and that the kids needed to use the restroom and she said they do not have public restroom. How do you run a restaurant business with no restroom?

Always slow. Forgetful most of the time, if you order some french sticks and even remind them of the syrup, they still forget it. Even though it comes with one. I try and tip, but it's never worth it because the service is just never good.

So, I have been stopping at this same sonic every Friday for the past 6 months for my lunch break throughout my Friday routes. Well my past 3 stops here service has been getting worse and worse. The only reason I have continued to stop there is due to the great service I have gotten from the girl that brings the orders to the car. So I don’t want this to seem like everyone there is terrible with customer service.
However for the past three weeks there has been issues in just even trying to place an order, whether it be, substituting tots for fries; or the people taking orders knowing what comes in the item being ordered, I have witnessed the in ability to get organized within the establishment. Let alone we won’t get into the unprofessional vocabulary used in speaking.
So today was the last time I will go back, as I went by today just to grab a drink, I pulled into a booth and pressed the button to place an order and started to wait. After a while I noticed that 5 different cars had pulled in after I pushed the button and they were all serviced before anybody ever acknowledged the booth I was in. As I watch the 3rd car in that group pull off with their order I felt it was safe to say that I would not be getting any service from them today. So I just left with a cup of disappointment yet again.
Now I will say who ever the young skinny girl is that works Fridays mid day, may be just out of high school age. She has always been good with customer service and been the main reason I would go back.
Just sad that customer service seems to not be high priority with most establishments theses days. As I am not a customer that wants products as an apology and would only accept better service.
Also it should be fairly simple for the location to know who I am seeing as my bright blue pool service truck stands out pretty easily.

Every time I try this Sonic, everything takes forever even though I order ahead to pick up. Then I wait 20 minutes for it and get home to most of it being wrong or missing. Why can’t you double check the bags before bringing it out? Today ended up with cheese sticks instead of a 5 piece chicken tender and my kids meal missing fries.
