Waited at the stall for 8 min just to talk to someone and still no one said anything??? so after, i went to the drive thru, there’s a girl who answers very annoyed-like and as im ordering she’s just huffing and puffing. Mind you… there’s only 2 people in the entire lot. after i order, i wait another 10 minutes and no one comes out at all and im staring at 3 people in the window just talking. i eventually just left and went to jack in the box since they didnt even take any payment.

I got the chicken fried steak sandwich and it didn't have any taste. It chicken was fried to perfection, lettuce and tomatoes were fine maybe that need to create a sauce to go on it because just the mayonnaise don't have any flavor. Just a suggestion.

This is by far the worst place I've ever ordered fast food from it's mainly the customer service and of course then secondly the food.. I tried to keep them a second third chance but every time I get my food order wrong., not to mention that I'm first online and then last served every other time!!?????

Whoever fixes my two drinks they didn't mix the drinks. The manager had to take it back and fix both drinks. When she did one of the drinks was missing my nerds. She asked for my receipt like I was lying, this wasn't my first bad experience with this location. The only reason why I went to this location is that the other Sonic slash machine was out of service. But the good thing that came out of it was that the food was fresh when it came out.

10-ish the night before Juneteenth 2025. This is my second time at this location and it is slow rolling all the time!!! The poor young man was in there by himself with a string of cars in the drive thru....i would've quit!!! Not a good experience, the owner of this franchise should be ashamed! The only person working was professional and the shake was good. That youngan needs a raise and some help!!! Shameful that this business is ran so understaffed!!!!

Even one star is generous.This location is poorly managed. I arrive at the stall but decided to place an order through the app to take advantage of some of the deals. Once I ordered, paid and checked in, wait time was approximately 6 minutes. Great. I ordered two drinks and a shake. After ten minutes, I realize I’m no longer ‘checked in’ at the stall. At 15 minutes, two cars in the stall next to me have come and gone with their orders. At 20 minutes, I push the button to inquire about my order. The guy sounds super distracted and doesn’t let me finish my sentence. He asks for the name on the order and then silence. Seconds later I hear the same guy taking the order of now the third car in the stall next to me. I wait another 10 minutes, so now a total of 30 minutes, the call button is still ‘activated’ but no one has said anything or approached me. I ended up leaving, being charged for an order I never received. I get if you are short-staffed, or if the online system is down, but there was no sign, and no one mentioned that. Why not cone off stalls if you can’t handle the orders? Do better, Sonic.

Honestly not sure why I keep giving this location any of my time. I have been here at least once a week (i live a block away) and EVERYTIME i KID YOU NOT im here for 30 mins or more waiting on my order 😭 I have even tried to order online ahead of time for quicker service and nothing. This place is a JOKE and I hope they get the employees they need.
