Best of Me Eats

This place has gone downhill. Orders constantly wrong. Today I order a a double bacon cheese burger with no ketchup and onion rings and a drink. When I got home I received a Sonic burger with ketchup all over it. It’s crazy how much stuff cost and to get something you didn’t order is very frustrating. My order was not fixed due to not being given a receipt. If your going to hire only kids you need to have some type of adult on duty making sure there doing their jobs correctly. I also forgot to mention being rude the person that answer for my stall seemed very annoyed and you can hear loud talking behind her. Please do better Sonic this is ridiculous.

Went thru drive thru the person taking my order was rude and talking to a co worker whole trying to take my order. Obviously got it wrong and took 10 minutes to bring out the wrong order. Then the carhopper took the order back and after 5 minutes of waiting for them to correct my receipt, I drove off. Worst service ever.

Pay attention to all the recent reviews. The place is being ran by children at night who don’t care.This evening we came for ice cream around 8pm. We sat in the drive thru area for 5 minutes and after no greeting over the speaker, we decided to move on to stall #5 to be specific.We waiting at stall number 5 for over 5 min with no greeting and decided to leave to Dairy Queen.I witnessed people using their bare hands to grab ice cream toppings from the window and rat outside the building as well. These two things made it easier to leave. I feel like the health inspectors might be needing to make a visit here soon.Sonic Management- do better.

I was hoping to be able to enjoy and rate the food for this Sonic location but they told me they were closed when I tried to place an order at 10:25pm. Their hours as listed on Google said they were open until 11pm. Management, please correct this so customers know what to expect.

I will Never order from this sonic ever again. I Placed an online order and still had to wait another 30 minutes after arriving before even talking to anyone, then an additional 30 minutes before giving up and leaving even though I'd already paid through the app. I understand that there was a dinner rush but it's like no one at this location has a clue about what's going on.
