If there was an option to give this Starbucks location 10 stars, I would. I frequent this location at least 4 times a week. What’s more, I have been a repeated customer for 2 years with no end in sight. Every time I walk through the store entrance I am enthusiastically greeted as the employees call me by name. The employees are extremely friendly as they eagerly go the extra mile to ensure I am satisfied with their service. With that said, this location comes with my highest of recommendations.

Shantel and Belinda are AWESOME!!..Everytime I walk in I am greeted with a smile. Every coffee is perfect!!...they make my day!!

Visiting this Starbucks was one of the best moments of my trip here! Shantel and Belinda greeted us like family and our drink was delicious!!!! Will definitely come back next time I'm in Texas!

Every time I come here no matter how much in advance I order my food, they either don't make it or they don't have it and they never update their app. So that it reflects what they really have.I'm a starbucks girly through and through, and I never have this problem at any other starbucks

The young lady at the counter was talking to a Tom employee for over 8 minutes before even beginning the lady’s drink, never once acknowledging me or the customer behind me. I’m Mexican and the lady behind me was African American…the lady attending us was white along with her friend…anyways it’s just unprofessional, will never waste my time at this Starbucks again or the market

The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because the young lady’s greeting was dry it’s always dry. “What can I get for you” I felt like I was being rushed to pay. I get it it’s early, however she makes the best vanilla latte! I’m a regular so I’ll be back. She’s newer on the team with this pretty orange hair.

This location is the worst. How are you always out of coffee. You're a coffee shop that should always have coffee, if you some have anything else.
Went to redeem a $25 gift card from christmas because I can't consume caffeine for health reasons.The Starbucks manager and co-worker then misdirected me to the Tom Thumb's Customer Service Desk which has nothing to do with Starbucks business operations. Moral of the story is that the Starbucks workers don't care about Starbucks business either.

Stacy was great help and informative about their new half a million remodeling! My little sister stopped by for drinks since my girlfriend broke up with me which was a bummer, but Stacy made me forget about all that. Great drinks and great service, 10/10 would comeback!

I'm a regular customer here. I love the drinks, it's very clean, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.However, when I picked up a mobile order, my drink was taken by another customer. Honest mistake, right? i get it, but It's usually a crowd of people not knowing who's drink is what or people picking up others' drinks to read the names on the cup, which isn't good.I would suggest maybe having a person to call out names of people's drinks when we walk in. This could help us out as customers. Other than that, it's definitely a good Starbucks.
