The worst customer service in Desoto Texas these folks need to leave our community.
I stop by last to make a purchase I walked in for two minutes they didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I said hello they asked if I had a problem. I said I like to be acknowledge when I walk into some store spending my money. He said he didn't have to speak to me. I told I dont have spend my money in his store. Thats not the first time I felt disrespected in his Subway.
But it is my last time.

This is by far the worst Subway location you could visit. The person who assisted me was a Hispanic girl (wish I would have gotten her name because I would have included it in this posted). I purchased a combo and paid for it with cash. The cashier stated she could not give me change. I was baffled because she owed me $7. I told her to cancel the order and I would pay with a card. She said she didn’t know how to do that. After complaining she finally called her manager who showed her how to do it. But when she rung it up the 2nd time so that I could pay with a card, she charged me an additional $3. I disputed the higher charge and she caught an attitude. Absolutely the worst experience ever! This subway has a fraudulent employee that works there. Beware of getting scammed!

I walked in to get my app order and noticed the worker putting the wrong ingredient (a sauce) on my sandwich. I told her it was wrong, she checked the order and acknowledged it was wrong, took the sandwich to an area where I could not see and I guess tried to scrape it off and add to it. I had to ask the manager to remake it after the worker wanted to argue. She was reluctantly going to do it but it all became too much so I just took the food and left and won't return. No one pays $20 to eat something they don't like. If it's their mistake, they should quickly, quietly and happily fix it! This is my third time eating at this location. It is super close to my house but I will go to another one and see if I can get service without an attitude when they make the mistake.
