Facilities appear to be fairly clean but I noticed only one employee behind the counter I ordered a footlong tuna (I was greeted by the employee) but he was in need of a shave and a haircut .also I was In questioned about the portions of tuna because of the meat section of the counter is closed off (not good) after completing my order after paying with cash the service person appeared to keep the same gloves on as he started another customer order. If we don't require top food and services here in Desoto, Tx these companies will give us anything

I hate this store the older Hispanic lady is rude AF and doesn't change her gloves. The times I have been in there she mess my order up . I thought she had left I was sad when I walk in to get my sandwich she was the only one there . My children where with me and instead of her fixing my sandwich she was worried about what they where doing . They where not messing anything but she couldn't see them just hear them. As she was getting ready to make my sandwich leans over and asked me what are they doing. Right before she did that she dragged her hands across the counter top with the gloves she was making my sandwich with picking up the leftover lettuce smashing the lettuce picked from the counter mixing it in with the rest ?! I told her keep that nastiness to herself. Change your gloves and worry about my sandwich .No more will this subway get my money if that lady is there .

The place was filthy there was a roach bug crawling below the order here sign. Walked right out. Do not go.
So I came in to order 3 sandwiches for dinner for the family. Once I got to my mom's sandwich which was from the green menu as the 2 girls working called it.( which is just the Pro Series sandwiches selection ) I was told you have to get the ingredients on the menu for that sandwich. My mom did not want onions she wanted pickles instead. The 2 evening girls said you can't do that ( I was shocked what do you mean you can't put pickles on the sandwich. They said the manager Stephanie trained them like that. I called corporate and in fact you can put whatever you want on any sandwich it's company policy for any Subway. Stephanie get your staff under control with the bossy sandwich artist attitudes or Corporate may send you a visitor to policy check your location. The 2 girls working Monday April 3rd evening shift are pretty unpleasant and blaming the manager Stephanie for how they treat customers saying thats the way she wants it done. Veggies can go on any sandwich Stephanie. Hopefully you teach your staff company policy so I nor any other paying customer runs into this issue again.

Unwelcoming and unpleasant staff that appeared disturbed and agitated, not so much as a smile or simple greeting! Clearly improved Leadership is warranted! Do better Subway DeSoto N. Hampton!!!On a breezy Sunday afternoon wearing my college Alumni attire, I entered this location that was surprisingly not busy. I initially ordered 2 foot-longs contemplating if I would need to order more food for other colleagues that I was planning to meet.I ordered vegetables consisting of spinach, pickles, onions and green peppers. Simple Right?! I requested added spinach because clearly there was not enough on the bun, then there was literally 8 pickles on the foot-long sandwich when I was met with a harsh tone of opposition stating "you've reached your maximum vegetable limit"! How? After kindly requesting a few more pickles, the staff member became more hostile and contentious by sliding aggressively the first sandwich upon completion, and then slamming the second sandwich upon adding the same vegetables and mayo. Why???I then recognized that her poor service and problematic behavior was much bigger than me! Therefore, I politely paid the charges, drove to Cedar Hill and purchased 4 more sandwiches from Firehouse Subs. Vindicated!Sometimes you must let things go, move on and spend wisely! :-)

Subway was awesome. Haven't been in several years and I like to make a sandwich to my liking not to the menu or their choices. The sandwich was awesome and I enjoyed every bit. Cost me $19 including a drink and cookies but it was well worth it. What ever happened to thick meat sandwiches? I would rather pay more than have them shave the meat down.

I took a bit out of my sandwich after getting back home with it and I pulled out this long piece of plastic. I have no idea how this happened but I'm so shamed and disappointed. I've been going to this subway since I was a little kid but you can tell the amount of care the workers put into their job has gone down an insane amount. At this location, at least. Not only is this unsanitary, buts it's a massive chocking hazard. Craziness.
