Attitudes…. All of them. They don’t even deserve one star. The little BOY at the drive thru on the 4:30 evening shift needs a lesson on how to speak to people and why a straw should be given with a drink. The worst stank attitude ever. How do yall stay in business?

Chanel A. Is the name of the cashier on my ticket. But when I asked for her name, she told me Alyssa Smith. I don't know if she was honest about her name, but either way, she was very rude and impatient with me in the drive through. She refused to accommodate me regarding split payment options with my passenger; but regardless, she could have been nicer about it. I don't know if she is from around here, but regardless, someone needs to teach her some southern hospitality. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION. GOOD LUCK!

I came at 4:15 pm on 10/18 I ordered online and put pick up in drive thru. One of them staff members made everybody get out the drive thru and come inside. Due to be short staff. Than when I came in to get my food waited more time because nobody approach the front counter and it had a total of 6 ppl in line. Waiting.

I have ordered Door Dash from this location three times, and twice they forgot something. I am always willing to give people a chance, or three, because I have worked with the public before and I know how hectic it can be, but, come on! Forgetting an item every single time? And they can't blame the dasher, either, because the bag is always sealed up when we receive it, so they can't say it was stolen. Do better, Taco Bell!

Please do NOT go to this location. Everything is horrible, the customer service wait there is none! Some of the employees are just bullies. Really disturbing. It does not matter your job, if you are not happy, do your mental health a favor and leave! Getting an attitude or messing up an order is not needed. Please try another location. I am not asking for 5 star treatment. However, I would like my order correct and little customer service. I am always trying to be nice and give grace because I know retail and food service is not easy. But it is only so much grace to give.
