Employees probably hate their jobs bc customer service is either nonexistent or terrible. I always dread having to talk to the employees. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they're consistently depressing to talk to. Either Taco Bell isn't paying their employees enough or the management doesn't care about who they hire. Probs a mixture of both.Besides that, the order was right. Just goes to show that the energy these people give is enough to be a headache & mess with my meal.Kid-friendliness: Girl at the window was cussing without any care whatsoever, so nah, not really kid friendly.

We have been going to this Taco Bell for the past two years and it's truly going down hill. Breakfast is a nightmare, with a 50% chance of completely getting my order wrong. (Example, this morning where we had 2 grand toasted bacon burritos, L DP, hash brown, and sausage quesadilla with sour cream. Quesadilla and hash brown were in the bag, a burrito that I thought was the grande toasted, and that was it. Asked for my DP, then asked for my second grande toasted burrito and they gave me both. When I got home, it was two regular sausage burritos they had given me.) And this is just one of many instances where they very much miss the mark. They tend to have some ruder staff at night, but at least give accurate food. Shout out to my late night workers, the only highlight of this mess. Y'all the real ones. Will not be coming back to this Taco Bell unless I'm in a massive pinch.

The customer service is horrible. Went through the drive-thru and was being rushed to place a order even though there was not a line or many people inside. Didn’t even ask or give us mild sauce or napkins.

3 workers standing around talking about opening up a relationship to spice it up some 4 customers and drive thru wait for one person to make everyone's order. Idk how yall stay in business paying people who don't work. As of now this video was taken after 8 minutes of sitting here 15 minutes after we walked in. If your in a rush avoid this place at all cost. If you want to witness a live Jerry springer episode or Howard stern podcast then make sure you leave your kids home and enjoy the show.I did post one video to show the young gentleman who was working hard for us ?? ?? ?? give this man a raise and a manager positionKid-friendliness: Not at all unless your kids want a lesson about sex

The customer service is rude. They often mess orders up and they close too early. Tonight we finally caught them early to get some food after a long day and after I ordered and pulled up to the window to pay, I saw some crickets flying. Didn't think anything of it because I realize the season is changing. However, it’s WAY TOOOO MANYYYY CRICKETS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONEEEEE.
