So thier snowcones are good but thier sloppy. Tonight the service sucked. Once I started to move my snowcone in the cup it shrinked. Me and my family won't be going here again

I love their sno cones but this is a horrible location , especially the way they have no space for a line , this is the second time the line is wrapped all the way to the street and I had to do a U turn to get in line . The first time some one tried fighting me because I didn’t let them cut me in line after I waited 30minutes like really .!! By the way the take CARD NOWWW !! Wohhooo
I always come to location whenever I’m on this side of town . Please hire workers that are not rude . 06/17/2024 A young dark skin girl with glasses and platinum blonde wig was very rude . I told her that she didn’t take my order once she asked if I order something else . And she had attitude ,rolled her eyes , and said I was suppose to wait . I told her I did and no one didn’t say wait I will take your order when I was trying to place an order . Instead she rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude over not taking my order .Then she gave me the snow cone and looked at me like she wanted to retaliate. There are new employees with bad attitudes . I never had an issue at this establishment. After this I will not be going to this location or recommend anyone this location .

This place was cheap, $2.50 for a small about 12oz. Very tasty, quick service, and kind. They are CASH ONLY and their prices have gone up since the posted pics. They sadly don't have kids sizes anymore either. If you want a good summer treat for cheap, this is the place to go!

Rude customer service ! The bright chick with glasses that work in desoto in the window needs to be fired! She is bad for business! She can’t take orders clearly disrespectful ! None of our snow cones was labeled kindly asked her which cup was what! Very disrespectful and rude! I will report this business and her! 0/10 I will never try again!!

Ask the young lady in the window which cup has the certain flavor’s because I ordered multiple, the dum mtf going to say they all different sizes !what are you slow! #1 you don’t listen #2can’t take orders and have the audacity to have an attitude and slam the window in my face and told me I’m holding up the line because I’m asking a question about my order! Rude and very unprofessional! Hiring these poor personality miserable ppl with no respect is bad for business! I will most definitely report that b****. desoto location!!! 0 stars for sure!
