My granddaughter wanted to dine in, so I took her to eat side. We sat down and she immediately began to tell me what happened in her class. It was a funny story and we both chuckled. Her food was reasy before we finished laughing! Her burger was good she said and I was happy.

The customer service and order presentation in the drive thru is absolutely horrid. 8/10 my order is going to be wrong, have to be remade, the rep in the window is going to either not understand English well or be rude, and that treatment has come from management as well as regular customer service individuals. This is all related to drive thru experiences so I am not aware of what it is like at the front counter but I shouldn't have to come inside to receive better service....

I have to always double check my food, because have now had to have fixed at least 3 times. The workers act like I'm getting on their nerves because I want my food correct. First couple of weeks after opening was good, but going downhill fast. Hopefully they will get it together so I can stay a customer.
