Very slow service at the drive-thru — it took 20 minutes just to get our food. We were passing by from out of town and decided to give this place a chance after reading mixed reviews. Big mistake.
Not only was the wait extremely long, but our entire order was wrong. The sodas had no flavor, my salad came with no utensils and no dressing, and the triple meat Baconator didn’t even have bacon. A burger we specifically ordered without cheese came with cheese. On top of that, the salad is much smaller than it used to be but more expensive.
When we finally got to the window, they didn’t even know what our order was. We repeated it, and somehow it still came out wrong.
Overall, very disappointing experience. We were just passing through, but this left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning.

The manager Stacy was very kind! Someone in the drive through ordered a bunch of baked potatoes so when I ordered mine I had to wait 10 minutes but she communicated clearly and kindly and made sure everything came out fresh and made for certain the order was correct and even offered a cookie for the wait. She was polite and spoke with staff and it seems like their team works well together because she said hey guys let me know as soon as that potato is ready! I’m glad she was there today!

Placed a mobile order through the app but once I got to the restaurant I was told their system wasn’t working for them to make my order ahead of time so I sat and waited for them to finish. Once I received my order I notice I was missing an item. I tried to go back into the restaurant to get the item and The manager Sandra basically called me a liar. stating she put the item in the bag but I must’ve took it out and that she wasn’t replacing it. SANDRA clearly dosent like her job being a manager at Wendy’s and needs someone to replace her. She sucks really bad. Shoutout to the guy that gave me her name. I will no longer spend my money here again.

I came in on yesterday with my granddaughter I needed to use the restroom before we ordered anything I waited patiently unfortunately I had an accident the manager told me to wait but she then said she didn't have a key I waited for a while very hurt!! We never ordered!!doors were looked and I had to leave because I was using it on myself,I know you were busy but to have me wait,then tell me you don't have a key was humiliating!! Both supervisors were available! I'm still coping with the discomfort and not being able to order my grandbaby anything until I relieved myself!! I will never come back again!!

Went to this location today had to make an order through an AI voice automatic system placed an order for a chili cheese, baked potato with chives, butter, and sour cream. The amount of chili they put on the potato was like using a breakfast cereal spoon they did not put the chives on the potato and also there was no butter in the bag. Potato was dryer than a “ Popeyes Buscuit “. For this to be a brand new location their food should taste way better and actually be made how people order it.

I work with mac haik ford and this is your usual breakfast spot to pick up food a woman in the drive thru on Aug 9 at 9:10 didn't want to do the big order it was only 18 biscuits for our service department and she denied our order but its on less money being made for you guys good job 👏
