This my second time here literally and it’s trash. The burgers are always dry and hard. Today my bun was hard- needless to say I won’t be back l. It’s too many ppl n there for food to be nasty and burgers not fresh.

I stopped by to get something fast and familiar after so many bad choices. The cashier greeted us and took our order while helping the coworker that was struggling to get the orders together for the lobby and drive thru. After making my order I started to notice that they were very busy but understaffed and 0 hands were being washed in the making of these orders. So I prayed over my meal and took a bite because I didn't want to be rude and requested the manager but maybe I should have requested a refund. Everything in the bag was old and cold. Burgers were cold, fries were old and the drinks were flat. So this serves me right and I will avoid this on my burger runs. I hope they get some help and no one gets sick.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to… they throw your food together on multiple occasions. They can’t lettuce wrap or understand what extra lettuce is they don’t care about getting your order right. They don’t match rewards when their system is down which is all the time and they are rude in general… I ordered a regular fountain drink the person taking my order couldn’t find it so she charged me for the hand squeezed lemonade instead a of the Minute Maid limonada like I asked pic of the third time I asked for extra lettuce for a lettuce wrap burger this is what they did… Then they gave me half fries and half leftover breakfast potatoes 😔 just lazy. then I saw them eating in the food prep area… workers walking about eating holes in their cloths just terrifible.

The employees fighting among themselves, I waited 20 minutes to have breakfast, it should be noted that the place was alone, there were only 3 people, my husband, my child and me. The worst experience. Not recommended
