Every time I go to this location, they either forget to give me part of my order or my order is wrong and cold and they give you old food by the time I get home it’s too late and I’m not going back

Picked up my mobile order via the app. Custom order was prepared exactly ordered as well as hot and fresh! Really delicious. Had to wait a little while up ahead for the order, but that’s not a problem for me.

Ordered between 6:00-630pm on Sunday 3/17. The women and man at the delivery window behavior/attitude was nasty, suspicious. Both heavy set with bad attitudes. When I got my sandwich I had to throw it away because it looked disgusting (nasty). If I had decided to take it to a lab and if I even an ounce of “non-food” substance I would sue this place and the woman and man who were at the window. I believe people are ignorant that tampering with food is a criminal offense. The sandwich looked nasty and smelled. I order at Wendy’s often so I know what is presentable and this order was neither presentable nor edible. Stay clear of this place. It should be shut down.

Be prepared to be told something different at all three different stops that you talk to someone through the drive-thru also be prepared for them not to listen when you talk to them and tell them what substitutions you would like for the unavailable items at the first window then told the substitution you confirmed at window 1 isnt even an option and being a former Wendy's employee it could have gone alot smoother I just accepted 2 sodas for my husband instead of getting myself a drink I almost always have some issue of the drinks or staff not knowing about the freestyle machine

It’s Sunday 2/25/24 at 10:24 am and the doors to enter Wendy’s was locked but the drive thru is open. I had to knock with keys on the door. The manager came and said she is waiting for her employees. I said are you going to put a sign on the door and she said no. I said I want to order inside. She said I could come in and wait until her workers came to take my order. I just stood there waiting. Then she came and took my order with attitude. I better not get sick!

What happened? The burger, Dave's single no onions, was not what I remember! I'm glad I got the spicy 4 nuggets to offset the burger, the fries are still good- I should've just ate at home (I made gumbo)...
