I placed an order for a two piece white, two proper and a strawberry with extra ice. Lady asked me three (3) times to repeat. Got my order it two piece mixed, no peppers and two cubes of ice. That’s the last time I’m going there. You have Popeyes, Golden Chick and Kentucky. Fu$k Williams. Can’t support your own.

Good morning Facebook family and friends!!!! Please be careful about eating out this was in cooked in some gizzards that my son -n-law bought at Williams Chicken in Desoto, Tx this has me gugertating for a while I am the one that happened to get it .Just disgusting!!!!!!looks like a used sanitize wipe ?????wasn’t able to post pics. But they are on my Facebook page got nerve enough to argue and call him a lie this happened 01/27/2024?

I order from this location from time to time because they're NOT consistent. Went Saturday for dinner and ordered 8 piece dark with large (box) fries - I received a box of chicken with brown grease stains = old grease = dark hard chicken.

I rarely patronize this location. There's always a wait time of 5-7 minutes before ordering. The food is a hit or miss. This last visit was a complete miss and I won't be back. The cheated me on my wing and the temperature of everything was barely warm. Unless I see the Chrome BMW in the parking lot, I won't try here again.

This location is by far the worst! The food is a reflection of some of their attitudes…nasty! We had an 8 piece. My cousin kept asking why was the piece she was eating so watery. When I started eating one of the pieces I got, I realized it was indeed watery because it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Of course we took it back. The gay girl with the dirty uniform and even dirtier nails talking about we ate half of it AFTER she threw it out. Six left doesn’t indicate we ate half Einstein, and besides, it would have ALL been eaten if y’all had real cooking skills. I would NEVER patronize this location again. The food is nasty just like some of their attitudes, fingernails, and uniforms! If you want good Williams Chicken, go to the location on Illinois near I-35. It’s ALWAYS on point!
