The order was incorrect. Fries ice cold. We were unable to eat any of the food we paid for. It had a enormous about of seasoning. So much, we tried rinsing it off. Didn't help, the food was so salty, it wasn't safe to eat.

Ordered 120 wings, no veggies, went back to pick up veggies, was given such a hard time. Get home literally 8 carrots & 8 celery stalks. Horrible location & staff!

Ordered 100pc wings flavor was bland very little seasoning on wings or sauce. Ordered the original hot, lemon pepper and parm. Got home only to see they also forgot my dressing and extra hot sauce.

When I walked in I was so impressed with how clean this restaurant looked. When I walk in I asked, can I please have fresh fries?The guy said okay your older is almost ready. 10 minutes later, still waiting,the guy said "what's your name" I tell him my name again and my order had been sitting there. Get home to see that I have burnt dried out french fries and chicken.This is not okay horrible service!

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ if you go when this little girl is there, be ready. Very rude employee on the phone while customers were at the counter to order. I would ask her a question and she kept ignoring me as if she didn't hear me and kept txtn. Another employee had to be called from the back to help due to this females nonchalant attitude.

I would not recommend this Wingstop location at all. The employees stand around playing too much instead of working, which is why orders take forever. Yesterday, an inspection came through, and they failed on everything, frozen corn that wasn’t even ready to cook, expired blue cheese and ranch being served, and overall unsanitary conditions. They clearly don’t follow protocols.
The manager was there but didn’t seem to care, and instead of fixing the issues, the staff was loudly arguing and blaming each other. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional for a business like this. The cashiers are never at the front ready to take orders; they either hide in the back or stand around chatting with the cooks. It’s clear they don’t know how to work in a fast-food environment.
On top of that, the food quality is terrible sometimes the chicken is undercooked because they don’t wait for the timers and just rush everything. Instead of making fresh fries, they just refry old ones to make them seem new. This place needs serious improvement before I ever consider coming back. They need to take this place down!!!!

The service is horrible. The cashiers just stand there and ignore the waiting customers who are trying to place an order, acting as if they are actually contributing to the cooking going on behind them. I had to walk out of this place because no one would ever even acknowledge me.

The chicken sandwich I ordered looked old and unappealing. I went back to the store and attempted to return it or have it replaced. I was utterly taken aback when the store manager denied my request and called me the N word "!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed and frustrated with the situation. I would like an apology from the store manager and a return of my money. I will never eat there again.

This has to be the worst wingstop. Stuff is always missing from your order, and you can never reach anyone at the store. They don't answer the phone and send you to voice email to a box that is full. If I could give the a zero. I would. Horrible especially when you spend a lot of your hard earned money. They are stealing money! I payed for extras and not only did I not get that, I didn't get the other parts of my order. It should be a crime, and the BBB should hear about it as well.

So I placed my order and made it to pick it up in 15 minutes. Made sure my order was correct and made my drink. When I got home, my food was ice cold. Like they took the cajun corn right out of the refrigerator. I only live 10 min from the store. I can't. I won't be back because every time I come the food it an issue. If I wait and order it there, the wait is ridiculous. The people were nice enough. I hardly eat out because this happens to more and more fast food eateries.

This is the only wingstop I go to and always seems to be slow at getting your food (ready in 3 - 5 business days, as some say). Luckily, their wings are good, and I always plan an hour ahead.
