Sever was rude, standard Wingstop food, order incorrect and I sent my husband when he said they were supposed to be all flats the server said “THAT’S what she ORDERED” and walked off but we didn’t have all flats. He was tired, it was late and he wasn’t in the mood to go back and forth. It’ll be another 2 years before we order here again. She reminded us of why we stopped going there.

Feel real weirded out today after walking in to order with my daughter. The entire store laid eyes on me and after i didn’t entertain them they proceeded to talk about me assuming i was homosexual and sending the homosexual male to the front as i ordered to see if I would give him attention. After making it home i opened my order to see they mixed the two flavors together. Louisiana run and Hawaiian 🤦🏽♂️

so here is the deal. I travel for work and for what ever reason I am obsessed with Wingstop. this one, is a Wingstop. are the orders on time.. depends. was today. is the food cooked right.. never had that issue but i go with extra cook time. bottomline. chicken parts cooked with flavoring.
Pita needs to be crusty on the inside; otherwise it is a yummy meal.

Ordered online. When I arrived the bag was drenched, the cashier said it was the wing sauce. She switched the bag out and I glanced at the order and it appeared to be correct. Once I arrived home to eat the food I realized it was actually sitting in grease. The buffalo sauce was tasteless because of the amount of grease in the order. The lemon pepper flavor was lacking also because it had obviously drained down to the buffalo wings. I called to report this issue to the manager because this is unacceptable.

Everything about this store has gone down hill. The fries are different and always hard with no seasoning. Wings be dry and weird looking with barely no meat and the people that work up there don’t care. I always pay 50+ and I don’t have time for this.

Young girls are always talking and having conversations when people are waiting at the counter with no assistance. The customer service is poor, I shouldn’t have to make eye contact with you while the place is pretty much empty, and you STILL don’t ask what I need. Maybe this establishment needs diversity. Or older experienced workers.
