I wished that I could give this place zero stars for the food. It was horrible...fries burned and they looked as if they were the last out of the grease. The wings were stuck together not at all what I had ordered. I wished I would have thought to take a picture before I dumped that mess in the trash! Never again!

I ordered on line and asked for food to be cooked well done. My chicken wings were gutsy snd I had to cook them in my oven before eating our dinner. Fries were cold and not fried well done either. I used to eat at this location but hadn't in a while. Sorry to say I won't be back. Will take my 40/45.00 else where.

Wingstop in DeSoto is garbage!! Very nasty inside. Needs the staff to come out and sweep the floor and open it. Tables need washing.Just a poorly kept place. I will get any food from them

Ruined my Friday Night Eats with this Wingstop experience
Wingstop food is always so delicious but do not go to this Wingstop on a Friday night. I ordered my food online at 6:11 am and said 38-48 minutes okay cool got to the store and ended up waiting till 750 to get my food. No sorry for the wait, no here is a free drink or anything just called your and that’s it. Someone in the back was yelling it’s going to be another 40 minute wait on top of the 40 minutes for orders and it wouldn’t hurt her feelings if people canceled their order. I work customer service and that’s not good customer service and just be nice and say sorry for the wait or even thank you for your patience. There was lot of people waiting.

I placed an order online and it said it would take around 50 minutes to be delivered. Over an hour went by and still no order. I tracked the order and it said it was already delivered. Well it wasn’t delivered to my house. Called the store but only get a robot who couldn’t help with locating my order. When i ask for an agent, the phone disconnects.
