Yes, it’s an airport, but it is overpriced at $15.99 for the meal size, especially since there is an additional $4.50 for tofu. That said, was still a decent meal. Several options that can be made vegan. No vegan sauces except gluten-free soy sauce.
I had a very basic rice bowl, added tofu for a total of 20 dlls. There's also a vegan California Roll, vegan spring rolls, pad thai
Look it’s not the very best bang shop I’ve ever been to but for the airport it’s definitely doable. The green curry is vegan the staff were friendly and it wasn’t overrun.
There was a lot of variety. Many of the dishes can be made vegan. They have vegan sushi Updated from previous review on 2024-10-19
Everything that was vegan was clearly marked on the menu. Items that are not vegan, but can be made vegan are also marked. We got the tofu banh mi and green curry. The food was good, but very expensive. It cost 40 dollars for just the two items. Note: this is by gate C21.
I ordered the Bahn fire bowl with tofu and it was very yummy Updated from previous review on 2024-06-21
Nice find around the C gate. I ordered the veganized pad thai. Realized afterwards that I could have added tofu to it. Tasted good, just a bit oily!
Asked if the smoothies had any added sugars or if it was just fresh fruits and veggies. She said no added sugars just the fresh fruit and veggies that were listed. I watched them make it and the lady poured in a liquid base that looked like pure sugar water. She also had a powder of greens instead of the fresh spinach and kale I was told goes in it. She handed me the smoothie and I asked what was in the base. It was water and raw sugar and a bunch of added sugar alcohols and sweeteners. I asked if it could be made with just water instead because I had asked for no added sugars and was told there were not any, when literal sugar water was added. Not to mention the lack of fresh vegetables that I was told was going to in it. I got attitude when I asked if it could be remade due to what I had asked about prior. Very gross and disappointing.

We absolutely love this place! We always make it a point to stop in whenever we have a connecting flight here in Dallas.
The smoothies are incredible, not to mention the dairy free options!
The woman working this morning was so sweet and pleasant.
Try it. This will be your go to place when you are at the airport.

Wish I could rate this 5 stars. Easily the best airport meal I've had. Menu is clearly marked with items that can be made vegan, and our waitress even let me know about the ingredients in the sauce because she noticed I ordered a bowl with tofu and no egg and wanted to make sure I was vegan and didn't accidentally order non-vegan sauce. The fried rice was absolutely delicious, better than most restaurants in Denver. Go here, it's the best option!!

I came here during a layover, to get an Açaí bowl and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu. I was quite shocked when I read all the bad/negative reviews, so now I’m curios to see what my next experience will be like. I will be going back in a couple days, so I will update my review if my experience or the quality of the food changes.
UPDATE: I just tried them again 6.15.24 and the service was the same.

The grab n go sushi option was nice to see and know if you're in a pinch and need to quickly grab something with more substance than a bag of chips. The menu is clearly marked and the fried rice came out super fast.
I wanted a granola parfait and it said that it came with two topping. I asked if fruits are considered toppings. The worker said yes, so I asked for mango and strawberry as the toppings. When the worker was making it, they added white chocolate and sprinkles on it as the toppings. I asked where’s the fruit? The worker said we can only put these toppings. That doesn’t even make sense. If it can be only those two put it in the description. Even when I asked if fruit could be a topping they said yes, so why are they saying no after they making the wrong thing? The parfait isn’t even parfait. It’s yogurt or ice cream. Parfaits don’t even go with candy toppings they are meant to go with fruit. What’s the point of multiple toppings if you are only allowed to have white chocolate and sprinkles. I highly don’t recommend this place.

The food was good even for the airport. The employees knew what vegan was. Kind and courteous
They're always out of menu items and the staff are the most unfriendliest
