Horrible service. My order was messed up, and then one of my sandwiches was dropped on the floor — and the staff still tried to serve it to us. I’m glad I noticed. The food tasted terrible, and everything was prepared so sloppily. On the tomato focaccia, the tomatoes were falling out, and the cheese was all over the bag. Truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
Stay away!

Cold food. They don't put names on orders and don't say who's food is whos. 20 min just to get a dang cup of coffee it's ridiculous

I went to this Starbucks at DFW near gate 20.
I order a iced pumpkin spice latte with no whip cream but when they call my name for my drink they had whipped cream on it 😣

So they took the drink and the young lady was scraping the whip of the top and I asked her can she make me another one😣

When I received my new drink it didn’t taste good at all….. not the pumpkin spice latte I’m used too 😣😣

The top lip had a sour spoiled smell 😣😣

I just trash the drink …. What a waste

Will not go there again …. Should have read the reviews 😣😣

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the employees near. He chastised me for pouring a small amount of old coffee into the garbage. Felt a belittled as I left. Didn’t want to cause a seen. Very rude. I will think twice before ordering from this location.

Near gate B12. The guy at the cash register was super rude and coffee was poor too. They just don't care

Rough customer service. They address customers as “bros”. Asked about a mobile order and was told rudely, “we’re behind I don’t know bro”.

This store is helping Starbucks ruin — bad drinks, no sense of service. Ruined my bday drink! Too many people, too much talk, inefficient work.

Person working the counter didn't know how to put in my order, matcha was mostly milk instead of tea, and the server who handed me my drink was rude. Not worth it.

The service here is extremely slow, and despite having many staff members, they don't seem to care about the customers. Very disappointing experience

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks in Terminal B. I ordered a grande Pike with 4 pumps of hazelnut syrup, but the drink wasn’t sweet at all. When I asked the barista to fix it, he rudely insisted it was made correctly and refused to add more syrup. His attitude was unprofessional and honestly ruined the experience. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location was a letdown.

Horrible! Slow all employees are just standing. Rude, no customer service. He was not paying attention to my order and gave me the wrong item. I had to take the wrong item. The guy with the dreads and an underwear beanie said he wished he can close the store.

This is by far the most poorly maintained and unprofessional Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. I placed a mobile order at 12:17 PM, and by 12:53 PM, my order still hadn’t been prepared. When I requested to speak with the manager, I had to wait for them to become available—only to be met with someone who was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the issue. Despite the unacceptable delay, the manager refused to issue a refund, citing the fact that it was a mobile order. The lack of cleanliness, efficiency, and basic customer service here is astounding. I would strongly advise avoiding this location.

Did not make coffee and when asked the response was “I only make food, you’ll have to ask someone else”

Waited 40 minutes for coffee. Tried to talk to the employees and they blew me off. Had to leave the coffee to board my plane. I hate Starbucks.
