The nicest people! After a very long and delayed flight, I decided to grab a snack. Jasmond has been so incredibly kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond, and should be recognized for how wonderful he is to his customers. Him and Huda make a great team. Thank you both for making my long and exhausting day so much better.
The pumpkin loaf was very dry. I typically love how moist they are at other Starbucks, but at this store they were terrible. DFW terminal A, near gate 20 somewhere, location.

staff is very rude, no respect for customers. throwing everyone’s food around. nasty attitude. makes me not even want to come back to this location.
STAY AWAY!
The staff don’t seem interested in actually serving the long line of customers and they appear more focused about having their conversations with each others. My nearly 20 minute wait observed 5 customers leave the line very upset about the complete lack of effort in the staffs’ movement. GO TO ANOTHER TERMINAL!!!
You’ve been warned….
Was greeted with an “Unh” (I think). Asked for a small Sumatra since the sign by the urns said they had it— “what’s that?” Was told they didn’t have it. Got a lukewarm Pikes Place. You used to be able to reliably overpay for a decent cup of coffee at Starbucks but I think I’ll switch to McDonalds in the airport from now on so I can pay less for a bad cup of coffee (actually McDs coffee is usually ok…)
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a grande drink and specifically asked for no ice — not as a personal preference, but for health reasons, since ice machines aren’t always clean and can harbor mold and bacteria.
Instead of simply honoring the request, the barista handed me a cup that was barely half full. When I asked for the rest of the drink to be topped off — since I paid for a grande, not a tall — I was told that this was “standard” and that the ice usually fills it to the top. But if I’m not getting ice, I should be receiving the full amount of the beverage I paid for.
I asked for the rest to be added, and the manager on duty actually tried to charge me extra to fill up the rest of the cup — even though I had already paid for a full drink. When I declined to pay again, he flat-out said there was nothing he could do, refusing to provide the full drink I ordered.
To make matters worse, as I was walking away, he loudly and sarcastically yelled, “Have a great day!” in front of everyone — clearly trying to make a point and embarrass me. He then continued talking trash as he walked back outside to sit at a table, where he had been chatting and laughing earlier instead of helping his overwhelmed team inside. That’s not management — that’s someone avoiding responsibility and escalating a situation that could’ve been easily resolved with basic professionalism.
If Starbucks expects customers to pay premium prices, the least they can offer is respectful service and the product as advertised. This experience was not only frustrating — it was flat-out disrespectful.
I’d give this zero starts if I could I fly out of dfw every month and always order the same thing. They made my drink incorrectly twice and when I asked for something else to make it easier, the guy with short braids behind the counter (assuming he was the manager because he had to fix the first drink and then rang up my refund) told me I either had to get back in line to order again or he would give me my refund.
I already stood in line and had a flight to catch, I didn’t have time to wait in line again just to reorder my coffee they clearly did not care to make correctly. But he was more than willing to bring me to the front of the line to give me a refund…
He refused to take my order again. And wouldn’t give me my receipt he made me take a photo of it. And made sure to let me know I ruined his day. I did not get my drink
I work in the service industry as well and never if my life have I ever been treated so poorly by someone working where I am paying for anything. I should have taken pictures of these drinks they were both completely different things and neither of them right. I’m truly disgusted by the poor customer service care.
If you're looking for a caffeine boost, skip this place. Although their sign claims you can pay with Starbucks stars, they don't actually participate in the Starbucks network. When I tried to redeem my stars, nothing showed up in their system. The manager became upset when I questioned it, and when I suggested they remove the misleading sign, she started shouting.
The wait time was over 10 minutes, and my order was wrong. I walked five minutes to the Starbucks at B28, where the staff was quick and efficient. They scanned my stars without issue and got my order right. There's also a Caribou Coffee nearby. Save yourself the trouble and head a little further for better service.
I like that the person who rang up my order was able to focus for 5 seconds before his mind wandered elsewhere, and that he was almost able to count out the change. I also like that he was able to almost stand up without falling over as if his slurred speech wasn't indicative of his level of sobriety. The last thing I liked was how his coworker stepped up to his rescue when I reminded him I was still waiting for a grand drip no room. Sad to say, and sad to see. Zero
Saved the day! Every other place closed early and the staff was helpful and friendly and the food was good too! THANK YOU to Savorn and team.

We ordered on the app / mobile pick up. The barista got our order wrong and we showed her the order on the app. She was impolite about it, questioning us. The barista even said “well I didn’t see it”. The manager had to say “just do it” for the barista to finally fix our drink.

took them forever just give me the wrong drink. i came in when i had 45 minutes until i needed to board my plane. i got my drink and i only had 17 minutes till board. so, i couldn’t go back and get it fixed even if i wanted since they took so long. it was super busy. i saw them standing and talking. they got 2 drinks out in that 20-25 minutes i was waiting. they were super nice. but that’s really the only good thing i have to say since my drink didn’t taste good.
