Next to San Diego's T2 Starbucks....this has to be THE 2nd WORST Airport Starbucks in the US!! Between the stupid ass customers who don't know to order or pay...to the 2 staff members only not able to even keep up with orders....its a total shitshow. Don't go! But if you have to...it's best to mobile order and avoid the customer line to order in back of dumbass people.

There are two locations here at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport A21 and A36. The A36 location directs you to the A21 location but the A21 location is also closed. Called the corporate office but Starbucks is a joke now. They couldn’t care less.

KEEP WALKING TO DUNKIN DONUTS. If I could rate this place a zero.... I would. I get it it's a customer service job it's busy you have to deal with a lot of people. However, no customer was rude and the employee that is Filipino 1. HANDED me the WRONG TWO slices of breads 2. ARGUED WITH ME A - PAYING CUSTOMER - 3. Stood there and blamed the other poor register lady That vibe was so wrong and hostile it honestly was the cherry to my very stressful morning. Short words: Fire that Filipino lady with the long strawberry red hay looking hair. GO TO DD! She's so rude and has to go! I feel sorry for the other employees that have to deal with her "I only work drinks- not sandwiches or register.... BIIIICH YOU WORK at Starbucks PERIOD

The employees here cannot tell the difference between ice coffee and cold brew. I asked for a cold brew and they gave me an iced coffee.

Unbearably slow, even with COVID in place. Ordered two drinks nearly 30 minutes before last call to board my flight. Had to leave without getting our drinks as our name was called for our flight. So neither had time for a refund or the drinks. Highly disappointed with the the apparent lack of urgency

Zero level of urgency. Two employees are stocking, talking, in the back, whatever...employees are doing everything except making coffee. They literally don't care that their Starbucks airport coffee line is getting longer and longer. No care. Where is the government financial plan to de-insentivise poor outcomes and why are these situations not acceptable to even talk about? If these were your employees, wouldn't you be upset?
