Horrible customer service. Manager Guadalupe belittling and speaking down about other employees towards customers and other employees in the store. Manager yelling very loud at other employees. Mgr was speaking of sensitive employee information out loud to other employees and customers and accusing employees of stealing food. They were out of chicken sandwiches, chicken fried steak, and wraps. The food tasted old and the breading was rubbery to our chicken as if it has been sitting all day. Will not visit this Church's Chicken again.

Online it states you can get a 10 piece MIXED chicken, w/2 sides for $28. I asked my husband to pick up a 10 piece MIXED w/mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and add an extra of Mac & cheese. I asked him to get an extra order of biscuits as well. When he got there, the lady told him they don’t do 10 peice mixed, only 12 and we aren’t allowed to get extra biscuits.
Then charged him $ 45.52 for that! How is that possible? It’s on your website to make an order like that. So how is it possible that if a customer goes in person to make an order it’s different than the website??

They always mess up our orders! This time I checked before leaving. They completely messed up my order, after waiting 20 minutes, then told me that's what I ordered and I could get a refund and reorder if I want to wait even longer! She argued with me saying this is what I ordered! Very rude lady, and she was the only one speaking English so I thought she understood my order. I understand making a mistake, but she was very rude! The ticket name says Guadalupe. Plus, the chicken was over cooked, not good. We will never go back!

The chicken sandwich looked like the ones they give you in a cafeteria,expected and flaky patty like the drumsticks but the taste was solid
I placed an order on the app and drove the hour to the facility. When I was 3 minutes away, I received a call stating i needed to cancel my order because they were out of white meat.The cashier was very rude and clearly she didn’t want to be at work. I wasn’t offered a replacement, just told to request a refund. I did so and 2 months later, I still haven’t gotten a refund. I’ve called the customer service and corporate office and continue to be told that the refund is being processed. I am now having to get PayPal to step in and get my money back.
The chicken was absolutely FLAVORLESS and disgusting it wasnt freshly cooked at all. The lady that was cooking had a bunch of chicken sitting out ( looked like a good while) already presoaked and battered and she was casually dropping it in the grease. The floors could use a good sweeping and cleaning but it didnt bother the cashier lady cause she was yelling at a child on her cell phone ON SPEAKER while waiting on guest. I never was a huge fan of Churchs cause it was always hit or miss but this location and food was a complete MISS
