Rude employees and horrible service. Tried to order a sandwhich deal that had a frozen treat. Tried to tell the cashier how to make the burger but got rude and insisted on what flavor we wanted for the treat by saying "I said what flavor?" In a demeaning tone. They were out of everything that was being advertised in their banner with special blizzards. They are always out of everything they advertise. They blame the truck but is the truck always out? The shortage excuse worked 4 yrs. I don't beleive that the franchisee actually listens to the customers. The place is ran to the mud with high turnover, subpar service, and a menu that is always out.

Ordered a single burger from the drive-through, time was 8:50 so it was about to close; paid then was told to drive around, drove into a huge pot hole in the back of the restaurant when driving around, waited and waited and watched the cashier sitting on his phone, waited some more, nothing so I drove off. I honestly don’t have to be reminding employees to do their job nor want the confrontation with dealing with them.

My husband and son ordered some blizzards and the lady in the drive thru was wiping her nose on her hands!She tried to take his payment with wet snotty hands!My husband asked her politely to wash her hands and she said nothing and shut the window in his face and gave attitude.She never turned the blizzards upside down either and they were runny and melted immediately.My husband told her the sign says if they don’t flip the blizzards upside down he gets coupons for free blizzards.She didn’t give him any coupons and acted like he was an inconvenience.This happened less than an hour ago and we aren’t going to be eating those blizzards that were poorly made and even though the lady appeared to be going to wash her hands it’s disgusting!We called and no one would help us.We will not be ordering anything from Diboll Dairy Queen again.

Service was quick and friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and made to order.
Everyone here was super friendly. I stopped her on the way back from my dad's. Super nostalgia. Not been in that building in over 30 years. Smaller older but the staff there was great throw back to genuine care and concern. Ordered to eat in but got a text had to go. They flipped everything to go and threw in a couple of extras. Food was just what I remembered. Thanks for reminding me of another time and place.
The food was good, the service was fine, but the place was a wreck. Water was falling from the ceiling and in the girls bathroom there’s no toilet paper just paper towels which was very nasty! Not to mention while I was sitting down eating my food I smelt smoke. I feel as if they smoke during their shifts and that’s not good. If you want to eat in a bad atmosphere with no toilet paper please do so.

If there could be a negative star for service and atmosphere, this would be the time to select it. Hardly any drinks available, out of chicken, apparently the grill can be "full"?-- is that a thing?-- At least 6 customers were turned away while I was there. The cook was trying his best while the 2 women just stood around staring out the window. Tables were dirty, AC was leaking all in the floor. As someone who frequented this place as a kid, it is really disappointing to see it has devolved to this.

Extremely dirty location. Was told they don't have chicken. Then a large group of 6 linesman came in to order and they where told the grill is full.?? They should go somewhere else?? Terrible customer service. There are a total of 11 people in the restaurant and you don't have room to cook? Maybe just lazy? Like the cleaning? As I write this there are 2 ladies standing up front staring out the window. No attempt to clean a table, while they are all dirty. Update 20 minutes later: If I could leave another review I would. Now the cook has asked for help from the lady who has been looking at her phone and smoking outside. She told him he could just go on home if he didn't like the job. Then they started arguing, him telling her his mom is dead, he ain't gotta listen to her. What a group of ghetto employees. They turned away a family of 5 since I have been sitting here waiting.
