really bad food ,they just warmed it up it looked like it had been there for days ,paid 62 dollars just to eat non of eat,so upset about this ,tasted a bite and made my stomach hurt ,never again.there was stuff inside our drinks like pieces of fries.

I ordered my food.while waiting for my food.I watch 3 employees texting on their personal phones.after 25 minutes.I still didn’t receive my food.so I left and went to Jack in the box a few doors down. We were in and out in six minutes. Food was hot and fresh.i would not recommend the sonic in Diboll to anyone.poor management in my opinion.

My order was wrong. Two items were missing things they were supposed to have and added things they shouldn't have had. When they took them back to correct them, Rather than remaking the items they simply added what was missing and sent it back out. I've never gotten this bad of service from a sonic.

Came here for lunch. Was the only car in the lot. Had to repeat my order several times and the cashier still rang it up wrong. Had to order a second time to get the meal corrected. When the meal came despite being hot it was the wrong meal entirely. And removing the tots lead to several ounces of oil spilling from them. They at least refunded the meal now that my car seats and console are covered in fryer oil.
