This place has always had the absolute best tacos! However, when I came the other day the lady asked me what color salsa I wanted and I said red but she gave me green and I didn't notice it until I left already. The meat inside my taco was also a little hard and dry.

I got my food to go so I can't really say on the atmosphere, but I did walk through the restaurant to use the rr and it looked very nice. There was a language barrier when ordering, and I thought I was getting breakfast.Tacos, but it turned out they were lunch tacos... Still very good, though...

Review for Tacos Mexico, Diboll, TX
I recently visited Tacos Mexico in Diboll, TX, and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I waited in the dark for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, even though there was a customer being helped inside. Despite flashing my lights to signal my presence, no one came to the window or communicated that they were aware of me.
When the young woman at the window finally came over, her first words were simply “yes,” with no greeting or apology for the delay. When I asked about the light under the carport and if she had seen us waiting, she said yes but explained that the inside customer had a larger order and was more important. While I understand finishing one order at a time, a simple acknowledgment or reassurance that I’d be helped soon would have gone a long way.
Her attitude throughout the interaction felt dismissive, and she never made eye contact or attempted to make the situation better. Another employee inside also ignored us entirely. The lack of communication and professionalism made me feel unwelcome, and it left the impression that my business wasn’t valued.
I’ve always appreciated great service at local businesses, but this experience didn’t meet those expectations. I hope Tacos Mexico improves its customer service to ensure all customers feel acknowledged and valued.
