Avoid stopping here, I stopped on 1/4/26 and they were out of bacon, cheese, ketchup and you could only pay with card. Also they couldnt print receipt cause they ran out of paper, just close the place if you're missing so many things, or tell the customers upfront that you dont have those ingredients. Worst meal ever.

THE WORST burger we’ve EVER eaten!! Bread was stale and cold, the patty was just as cold! Burger had no lettuce or tomato on it. When I took the burger back in, they explained they were out of lettuce, but “offered” to put a tomato on it 😡 I will NEVER waste my money on anything in that establishment!!

I walked into this Burger King around this time, and I just have to say — the customer service was amazing! There was a white gentleman who helped me, and he was absolutely great. I had an issue with my app because I accidentally placed an order at another Burger King, and not only did he kindly explain how to fix it, but he went above and beyond and took care of my order right away. Everyone working there was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Such a great team and crew — I really appreciate the kindness and service I received today!

No ice, no air conditioning, puke on floor for over four hours. I know because i went lunch and supper and it was still there with a wet floor sign. On a good note the servers were nice and the fries were great.

The food was absolutely terrible. Burger were cold due to a broken broiler, the nice young lady seemed to have no help and I saw her headset was broken, and could have sworn to see only one hard worker which was the said woman. Never coming back until things are fixed.

There is a consistent lack of presence from the General Manager, Derrick, during shifts. Whenever I request to speak with him, he is either absent or unapproachable. His interactions with staff are often disrespectful, and his attitude creates a negative atmosphere. Additionally, he spends an excessive amount of time on his phone, further detracting from his ability to oversee the team and maintain an efficient workplace. His unprofessional conduct is also a concern. The smell of marijuana is frequently noticeable, which not only impacts the work environment but also reflects poorly on the company’s standards. This behavior is genuinely so unbelievable. the only reason this burger king is up is bc its the only one in town.
