Had to throw out my food since they put cheese which I am allergic after I said no cheese

I went to this Burger King Tuesday July 2nd at 9:30 am and the restaurant was still closed. I have reviewed this place several times with very bad results. However, I heard they had improved so I went back to see. This place will never change. They seriously need to close this store. It seriously is not worth the time to go to. They open and close when they want to (on a day to day basis). I will personally never go back. I will drive to Pearsall, Tx if I want Burger King.

Closed when it's supposed to open up at 6am
I ordered online because if you go through drive thru or lobby they ALWAYS take FOREVER! So I ordered the whopper meal I get there and the guy says we are out of fries would you like onion rings which is dumb cause if I wanted onion rings I would've ordered them. Then he says they are out of ketchup. How does that happen Dilley Burger King is literally the only fast food place that I know that runs out if fries. Yall make an order every week how is it that every manager that has ran that BK can't get it right? And then I asked if he could give me large drink instead of small for the inconvenience and nope he sold me a large. When I know for a fact they are always giving free food away. I don't understand after all these year they can't get it together. SMH

Based on what kind of reviews I see ill avoid this place
Absolute trash ? chicken sandwich tasted funny and I had to wait 20 minutes for it just for the fries to be given to me ice cold. It's May 14th at 3:00 p.m. those two you got working in there need to be let go and whoever's in charge this location needs to come in and fix it immediately.

They gave me old super hard cheese sticks and chicken fries. They were not edible at all. The cheese was dark yellow in color. The manager on duty Allen allowed this to happen. They have poor standards.

Very expensive
At 4 pm 8-22-23 ,was never waited on thru the drive thru. I watched the screen light up with a 45.$ meal. And after it was totaled out ,I was told this was a call in order being taken at drive thru. Still didn't take my order although that was complete. Then I ask for manager and he didn't even try to take the order. Was told they where too busy and it would be an even longer wait for my order to even be taken . 22 minutes sitting waiting. Needless to say we left. Worst experience at a drive thru. That manager is setting the example for his team. And that's a really poor job of customer service. Remember ,without customers you don't keep a job. 22minutes to only be told it would be longer that's unacceptable. Andvp.s. there weren't any buses full of people either. I encourage corporate to find out the sales during this time. See just how busy it was. If you don't like your job then find another one. Period again customer service is your job. Do better
