They gave me old super hard cheese sticks and chicken fries. They were not edible at all. The cheese was dark yellow in color. The manager on duty Allen allowed this to happen. They have poor standards.

At 4 pm 8-22-23 ,was never waited on thru the drive thru. I watched the screen light up with a 45.$ meal. And after it was totaled out ,I was told this was a call in order being taken at drive thru. Still didn't take my order although that was complete. Then I ask for manager and he didn't even try to take the order. Was told they where too busy and it would be an even longer wait for my order to even be taken . 22 minutes sitting waiting. Needless to say we left. Worst experience at a drive thru. That manager is setting the example for his team. And that's a really poor job of customer service. Remember ,without customers you don't keep a job. 22minutes to only be told it would be longer that's unacceptable. Andvp.s. there weren't any buses full of people either. I encourage corporate to find out the sales during this time. See just how busy it was. If you don't like your job then find another one. Period again customer service is your job. Do better

Horrible service and food. Got there around 9pm, made a big order (2 adults and 3 kids meals) 2 burgers was dripping wet and soggy and the kids hamburgers was like they cut it with a really small cup, in other words the meat was 2 times smaller than the bread. Also fries was under and super salty, drinks super flat. Then nuggets (kids) was still cold. I tried calling back, no answer. So went back and told them all they said was sorry we are closed and locked the doors. Sucks because I'm a truck driver and it's hard for me since I'm super limited to where I can go and drive.

Slow service! Was 23 minutes waiting for my order *whopper jr combo. Got tired of waiting so I left without my order.

Slow and food is usually cold. Sat in drive through for 15 minutes then got to the order sign and they said the drive through was closed and you had to go inside. This was after the car in front of me ordered and drove through.

Order a #1 today and as soon I pulled up to pay at the window, worker immediately tells me card, so I gave her my debt card, and gave me my order, I told her may I have more ketchup, she replies you already have ketchup in your bag. I checked and it was only 2 packages, I told her I need more, she close the window and I drove off, I wasn't going to argue with her

On September 11th 2022 approximately at 9 o'clock at night I went in through the drive-through to place an order moved around to the 2nd window but before I can go to the 2nd window there was a silver expedition we're expedition sitting at the window for about 15 minutes talking to the employee i watched the driver hand the employee money thinking she was paying for her meal instead the employee of Burger King handed her a bag of substance instead of food you make me sit there in line for 20 minutes I refuse the order due to I do not want cold food. I asked to speak to manager and the employee looked at me said have a good night and shut the window on me I put all the description on this post hopefully it can be resolved but looking at the reviews already I doubt management at this site wouldn't do anything as well.
