Garcia’s had an upgrade last year and looks fantastic inside, love the new atmosphere it’s created. The staff is extremely friendly and on top of it! The food is delicious too, I had chicken enchiladas and the soft taco - so good! Two families in our group ate three meals in a row here they loved it so much! Dinner one night, breakfast tacos the next morning with lunch and then dinner again.
This a great stop on a long drive , whether you're driving from Chicago or Laredo or any where in the country and hungry you have to stop here . Best wishes to a long time family restaurant.
Food was amazing. They use beef tallow to fry. We have a soy allergy in the family and the owner came up to talk to use about how they only use beef tallow liquid, in its natural form, to fry in. Very respectful people. Thank you so much for the great experience.
