Food preparation was mediocre. Ordered shrimp parillada (chicken, beef, shrimp). Fajita meat was not cut properly and was too big for tortilla and mouth. The fajita meat wasn’t seasoned. Tortillas were cold. Great and friendly staff. Cup for drink was old and chipped.

This is a Tex-Mex restaurant, not a Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff and the service was average. I ordered the Guadalajara molcajete and ranchero molcajete. I ordered them based on the previous pictures posted. They were not as the pictures indicated. Guadalajara had grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, grilled fajita, onion (not green onion), nopales, and a slice of queso fresco. Ranchero had grilled fajita, a slice of grilled sausage, and mozzarella (or equivalent) melted cheese. The melted cheese and ranchero sauce made a soupy mess. Both were served with a side of rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. The fajita was not tender but everything else was edible. All in all, it was mediocre. The food had a decent flavor and seasoning. The beans had a charred almost burnt taste. I will not go out of my way to stop here and eat again, but it wasn't terrible.

I picked up from this place and I asked for a burger all the way with fries with queso cheese for the fries the burger had only mayo and lettuce which isn't all the way, tell me why I asked for queso dip cheese for fries and they gave me shredded cheese in a cup? Their was also no cheese in the burger and fries were mediocre whatsoever
Yesterday we were driving from Laredo back to Dallas and we stopped at Jalisco. The food was great, the prices were good and the service was great! Our waitress was a very light skinned girl with curly hair and seemed very shy but was very sweet and great customer service. She made my son smile for sure ?. Great food!!
