I've been wanting to try "Nothin Butts BBQ" for awhile, but I like to BBQ my own brisket & sausage. But, sometimes I don't have time to for an 8 hour cook. Well, today was the day. I ordered a family meal of sliced brisket, sasauge, beans & cole slaw. Wow! The brisket was cooked to perfection and extremely tender. So tender, a fork would rip it in half while serving it, so a spatula was needed to serve it. The sasauge was equally as tasty and tender, the beans & cole slaw definitely had a second serving flavor. I recommend JD & Janny's "Nothin Butts BBQ" to all who like a great family BBQ meal but don't always have the time cook it. You can't go wrong. They are a very friendly couple that take lots of pride with their service and providing the greatest BBQ meal in Lampasas County.

This was hands down the best BBQ I've had anywhere! The beans and potato salad were so flavorful and melt in your mouth delicious! It is good food made by good people. We will definitely be back!
