We are seniors who stopped to get a meal. We went through the drive through. We ordered a meal and another sandwich with soda. Nobody in line. This was on Feb 25 about 4:30. When we got our fries, they were cold. So I went back to window and asked for warm fries $300. We were instructed to pull up and wait. Again, nobody in line. About 10 minutes later, they brought out our fries. I thanked them and took bag. Employee said nothing. When I opened bag it was obvious that they refried the original fries. We through them away. This is second time I have had problems there. In my opinion, your employees need some training. We won’t be back!

Called to see if they were open, should've asked if they had turkey they did not. Bought a brisket sandwich, should say over paid for it. Almost $14. for a flat and ugly sandwich, they should be ashamed of serving that. Cold fries, should be the last time I visit them.

I went to Arby's for the first time and it was terrible. First of all the food felt like it was a day old. I waited 45 minutes and the waiter was rude. I asked when my food was arriving and she said "just wait." The atmosphere was terrible because there were 3 homeless men begging for food. One of them went up to my table and asked for my food. One of them was sleeping on one of the tables. One of the waiters dropped food and just left without cleaning it. One of the homeless men got mad because no one gave him food so he broke the window. I've went back 5 times to see if they fixed the window but they haven't.
