I went to Arby's for the first time and it was terrible. First of all the food felt like it was a day old. I waited 45 minutes and the waiter was rude. I asked when my food was arriving and she said "just wait." The atmosphere was terrible because there were 3 homeless men begging for food. One of them went up to my table and asked for my food. One of them was sleeping on one of the tables. One of the waiters dropped food and just left without cleaning it. One of the homeless men got mad because no one gave him food so he broke the window. I've went back 5 times to see if they fixed the window but they haven't.
Not my favorite place to eat. I have gotten too many sandwiches that were cold on the inside.

Arby’s isn’t what I remember when I had it when younger, too expensive. Food sucked..the guy at counter did his job it came out as I asked but the corned beef sandwich was way too tough and one little slice of meat..just whack! Sorry Arby’s I have it two chances at this location maybe the whole chain is bad now but for sure won’t be back.

Not sure why this place got anything less. This place is very clean. Customer service is very fast and friendly. The food even looks like the pictures. I have never been in a nicer fast food establishment.
We had the bacon ranch cheese steak and the fish sticks. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The only issue is I did not like there tarter

Was pretty impressed here not over crowded was perfect for me. I enjoyed my meal they served it very well. Thank you staff.
There's a little short guy in here right now preparing food with one glove and was just seen eating a chicken nugget with uncovered hand also digging in his ear. Also rubbing the glove covered hand over the dirty counter where you Pick up your food...cross contamination food pathogen!! I'm so hungry right now but I don't wanna get sick. I'm an over the road trucker and I hate being sick so far away from home. I bet if I say something I will get an attitude from the crew.

They ran out of burgers, in reality they forcing people to buy the other ones . The sandwiches that look like burgers are too expensive and are too plain. I wouldn't recommend Arby's to anyone.
