They forgot to bring my appetizer. They took it off the bill but didn’t offer to give me a discount or a gift card. I called to let them know about the service and still no gift card on my email. So disappointed

Back ribs were full of peper, they didn't taste as they should.
We were seating on the table for 20 minutes and no waiter took care of us.
I had to stand up and ask for service several times, finally a young lady took our order brought the food the us, but never came back to take the dishes.. we had to go to the front desk and ask for the check.
We will never go back again!

Food was good but the servers need to be more attentive to customers:/ waitress took forever just to take our orders and especially our drinks this location disappointed me

Food is lackluster. Service was attentive. Freezing where we sat, Had to order coffee just to warm up. Portions seemed rather small.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cheddar’s in Donna, TX this past Sunday with my family and friends. Our waitress was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. She took an unusually long time to bring simple items we asked for, and when I politely requested some drinks to-go, she rolled her eyes, said “Jesus Christ,” and walked away.

At the end of our meal, she dropped the receipt on the table by slamming it down and walked off visibly upset. What makes it worse is that our group of seven had planned to leave an extra $10 as a small Christmas gift, but after seeing her attitude, we decided against it.

When I spoke with the manager about the situation, his only response was, “Thank you for letting me know.” That was disappointing and felt dismissive. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in a place that’s supposed to make guests feel welcome. The waitress we had clearly doesn’t belong in customer service with that type of attitude. We definitely won't be back to the Donna location.

Went to Cheddars on 12/05 for my daughters 18th birthday our wait time was a bit long since we were a party of 15. I do want to thank manger Alyssa for making sure once we were seated we were comfortable and for her patience 😅 (since we getting a little hangry) (iykyk 😂) Pedro (our server) was exceptional from the start making us feel very welcoming and for being very patient with us it was one guy against 15 hungry 🤣 people lol. Nonetheless it was a memorable night for us and I’m sure for them too. Thank you both for the exceptional customer service!!! It was my first time there will definitely be returning

My waiter was running around doing a lot of other things totally forgot about us, Very disappointed, You took way too long to come back with my change, And then didn't give me back on my change, So I told him, And he returned still with the wrong change, I gave up

Hi I came by for a quick dinner with my mom and i ended up having the best experience here with one of your servers pedro! He was great, funny and attentive and really made it a great dining experience, i love cheddars and the way they train their servers it’s always such a refreshing time here!
