I ordered curbside and it was ready at 7:10 and we got there at around 7:15 we parked right at the entrance and put that I was here on the app and there were no customers at that time. They took almost 30 mins before we decided to get off. They didn’t even look at me and completely ignored me one of the workers was just standing around. The manager made the cook come out and give me the pizzas and by that point they were cold. Horrible customer service they didn’t even apologized. If they don’t offer curbside they should say so on the app. And honestly I’ve always ordered from this dominoes but this time is definitely the last.

Horrible! Took almost an hour and a half to get my order from this location that is one minute from my hotel. Pizza was cold, drinks were warm. The order tracker showed the driver was a minute away for 40 minutes. The driver then called to blame his GPS and when he hung up the order tracker went to delivered when in actuality it was another 10 minutes later. Ordered 3 drinks but he only had 2. He did bring me the third drink proving the location is only a couple minutes away. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any pizza delivery. If you are in Donna, TX avoid the Domino’s here.

The food was dry and seemed more like leftovers or, like a Little Ceasers nasty, old, hot, n ready. Maps took hubby to the wrong location. A friendly employee provided him with directions to the door.

I don't know what happened guys I always order from y'all but this time was not it ,my pizza looked old like it had been sitting there , only thing that looked fresh was the bread bites . Overall ,both my pizzas looked sad! Disappointed this time ..
This location has been good at getting the orders out in a reasonable time frame. I have noticed that a lot of people leave poor reviews. One thing that all these people reviewing this location have in common, is that they don't always have a full description of what they do on their end. You cursing at a place, regardless of business that it is, doesn't make you a better person. Plus this location is lively everyone is working and laughing only means the employees and customers are enjoying the environment. I have ordered more often here due to the pizza being made fresh and I even like the app features like getting points and eventually receiving free food. The competition here in this location is Little Caesars and their service is the worst. I have waited more than an hour to get an online order at that place. They have even lost my order more than once. If you want to be little this location for Dominos then you must like it's competition's poor service. Keep up the good work Donna, Tx Dominos!!!
Kid-friendliness: My twins were happy to see the employees toss the pizza in the air like I would picture an Italian restaurant would. They can see all the steps from start to finish from the top of a few steps near the area the pizza is being made. There are dining tables also so you can enjoy a meal with your family and/ or friends.

Order to the mobile app and said it was ready showed up pizza . I sitting there for 25 minutes they misplaced and lost pizza for my order did not remake my order. For the error they gave me cold pizza undercooked. And cold. Then they want to ask for a tip for you to pick up your order. When they have your order sitting there for 20 minutes because they misplaced the pizza
