Terrible service. I will never get my coffee at Dutch brothers again. I have only received a correct order from the Donna location twice. Every other time they just give me the drink made the way they wanted. They don't care what you ordered. They're going to make it whatever way they want to and still charge for extras. There are too many other places to go that give you what you order without having to deal with incompetency.

My first time getting Dutch bros and Darrien (hope I spelled his name right lol) was awesome! Super helpful. Coffee was amazing. And I loved how everyone looked happy to be at work. I hate when workers look miserable. Def coming back

I went to Dutch Bros a few days ago! It was my first time and I’m definitely coming back. I was helped out by Alexa, she was very sweet, attentive, and helpful. I told her how I’m not a fan of really sweet drinks and that I love the flavor of chai. She recommended the strawberry horchata chai and it was delicious! Good vibes all around, I’m very excited for my next visit
My first experience at the Donna location was so unwelcoming. A lady by the name of Alex or Lex with short black hair had such a bad attitude when I ordered on the walk up side by slamming the window open and close. She seemed so bothered by my questions as this was my first time to Dutch. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what the issue was but the attitude and irritation was uncalled for. 0/10 recommend!!!!

I cannot express how much I love this Dutch Bros location! I’ve gone to various locations and they are all amazing but this one specifically is on another level. They are always so happy and ready for their customers. I go quite often but recently I went and was having quite the day and they were so caring and kind. I wish I could remember all the employees names but it doesn’t matter because I’ve had an outstanding experience with every single one of them. Not only is staff fantastic, the drinks are 100/10! They’re definitely doing something right. So glad I have the privilege of being able to meet these wonderful people and give my business to this Dutch Bros! This is the best Dutch location!
