6/5/2025 Thursday .... 1054 pm .. pull up and the drive was 15 cars deep.. we try and go inside ..for a cheesecAke... and the doors are locked .. the excuse was I just got here and I wanted it clean... ??? Really . So u lock the doors and close it when it's supposed to be open ?? This is what I mean... I try and give it a chance ..nope .. smh do better ...

thru Idk why they never have anything . I asked for the waffle fries and they didn't have any.. I asked for Oreo shake and they didn't tell me until I was at the window... Smh... They need to make sure they have the stuff..

This location has been the worst experience at any fast food establishment that I have ever had.

Firstly, we ordered an item on the menu and the person attending us told us they didn't have those burgers in stock, then I asked for the seasonal mozzarella sticks and the person tells me the same thing again. I get my cup, go to the drink fountain, and the 1 drink I wanted (sprite) was unavailable as well as a few others, they apparently didn't have that stocked either.

Secondly, the cashier was lifeless, bored, and straight up rude. As someone who has worked in the food industry before, and know and understand how tedious that job is, that attitude is unnecessary and unacceptable. If I were being rude or obnoxious that's one thing, but I was in a good mood when I walked in.

Finally, we ended up having to clean the area where we were going to eat ourselves, there were crumbs all over the table, and the floor was filthy dirty with crumbs of food.

The manager should monitor these things/behaviors and address them with the employees because it's pushing some business away.

Long story short, the food on the menu was unavailable, the drinks were unavailable, the customer service was atrocious, and the place was dirty. We walked in with a smile and left disappointed. If you're in the mood for Jack in the Box, avoid this location at all costs.

I dont know why it's soooo hard to get a hold of someone at my local restaurant, they have already messed up on my order twice how are u gonna give me a breakfast platter with no egg and order 6 PC toast stick with only 3 sticks, I've tried calling but the number doesn't even work.

Update: went by today and they had the poor girl with hiccups working drive thru. Needless to say our order was incorrect. I’m trying to call the number on the receipt and didn’t get through. I go to try the phone number on Google and the same thing happened the call fails. I hope that the young lady and staff weren’t drinking on the job because it was a terrible experience. We got home to an incomplete order.

I was here a few days ago, went to have a good visit with family and friends but as we come in we were greeted with disgusting attitude by some employees. And they had messed up my order multiple times as my family were ordering. I am very disappointed with this, as for this is my first time coming to Texas. I hope that this Jack in the Box gets straight.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jack in the Box for a long time and even worked here at one point, so I’ve always had a lot of respect for the quality and service. However, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing.

I ordered a Chicken Tater Melt, only to be told it’s not available—even though I know they have all the ingredients to make it. This feels like a lack of care or effort, and it’s frustrating as a customer who has always supported Jack in the Box!

It’s upsetting to feel let down by a place I’ve always loved. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and do better in the future.

P.S : I ordered through UberEats, my Chicken Tater Melt. It’s just a croissant, chicken patty and hash-brown. Unacceptable to say they “DONT HAVE IT” when I already ordered/PAID it through a 3rd party.

Jack in the Box lost me as a regular, and I had just started going again after a decade away. I paid by card for two Jr. Jack burgers, advertised at $2.29 each, but was charged $2.39 each instead. It may not seem like much, but those extra 20 cents can really add up over time.
