This place is the worst. I always go around the same time at night like around 10 p.m. to 12 p.m. It’s like they give you whatever they want or whatever they have ready to give away. They can’t always hear you through the drive thru microphone. They always forget to put in the tiny tacos sauce it comes with one sauce and there was a time where I ordered two but they didn’t even put them in. Also the tiny tacos they tried to give me 8 and the order comes with 13. They are so unprofessional on handling customer service that time I asked for the 5 tiny tacos I needed in my order and the employee was like “Uh, I don’t know” like if he was new or something but I’ve seen him there before already so how are you not going to know??? Also they don’t know their menu because I say a number and they put something totally different like you should have a menu with you at least.

I paid at the drive thru they ask to park around the corner. Waited 20 minutes for 1 burger , 2 tacos. Burger was cold.

Always seem to have a bad experience at Donna location. Usually with mobile orders. Just went tonight and they didn't have what i ordered and said they could only replace with tacos 🙄 asked for refund and they couldn't give it because I didnt have the card with me, which the whole point of me ordering online is so I don't need my actual card with me!!

Hope you didn't come to buy something off the menu because most likely they don't have it! Come on, someone should let them know it's hot outside, and having all the advertised drinks would be the bare minimum. Needless to say we left.

I went to the drive-thru to place an order as per usual as I am paying for my order I do see the manager tasting coffees since I have placed iced coffee caramel as my drink when she realizes I am seeing her through the drive-thru window she tells me laughing oh I'm sorry ma'am just making sure I'm giving you the right drink I proceeded to go ahead and pay for my order she tells me to park and Lane 1 so I proceeded to park and have waited in my car 10 minutes already for my order I see her bring another order out the customer next to me was pretty upset because that order was wrong as I continue to look at my clock it's been already 18 minutes in total so I went ahead and got down ask for my order she tells me oh it's going to take about another 2 minutes my order had been on the counter the whole time she was playing in the back with the cooks one of the cooks even was talking back to her at that point I still didn't know she was the manager I continue to ask her for my meal by then one of the other employees comes up to me and tells me mam which one is your meal as I explained to him what was my meal he tells me your meal has been here and I drove off and realized not everything is in my bag I couldn't return back I had to be at work I was already late as it is I still think this lady needs more training she was acting more like a child than a manager

Just left there. It took them almost 30 minutes to get order.. service was horrible!!! Food was cold.Everything we asked for they didn't have. An older lady with an ugly attitude.. if you don't want to service people. Go work somewhere else mam. We were just trying to have a nice dinner!!!

First after waiting over 20 min and seeing them give food to other cars that hit there after me I was given the wrong food didn’t realize till I got home order a bacon Ultimate with the large curly fries I ended up getting a sausage biscuit with hash brown. Try to call. Nobody ever picks up because the call doesn’t even go through. It would take me longer to go and get my money back but will be hearing for me tomorrow morning.

6/5/2025 Thursday .... 1054 pm .. pull up and the drive was 15 cars deep.. we try and go inside ..for a cheesecAke... and the doors are locked .. the excuse was I just got here and I wanted it clean... ??? Really . So u lock the doors and close it when it's supposed to be open ?? This is what I mean... I try and give it a chance ..nope .. smh do better ...

thru Idk why they never have anything . I asked for the waffle fries and they didn't have any.. I asked for Oreo shake and they didn't tell me until I was at the window... Smh... They need to make sure they have the stuff..

This location has been the worst experience at any fast food establishment that I have ever had.

Firstly, we ordered an item on the menu and the person attending us told us they didn't have those burgers in stock, then I asked for the seasonal mozzarella sticks and the person tells me the same thing again. I get my cup, go to the drink fountain, and the 1 drink I wanted (sprite) was unavailable as well as a few others, they apparently didn't have that stocked either.

Secondly, the cashier was lifeless, bored, and straight up rude. As someone who has worked in the food industry before, and know and understand how tedious that job is, that attitude is unnecessary and unacceptable. If I were being rude or obnoxious that's one thing, but I was in a good mood when I walked in.

Finally, we ended up having to clean the area where we were going to eat ourselves, there were crumbs all over the table, and the floor was filthy dirty with crumbs of food.

The manager should monitor these things/behaviors and address them with the employees because it's pushing some business away.

Long story short, the food on the menu was unavailable, the drinks were unavailable, the customer service was atrocious, and the place was dirty. We walked in with a smile and left disappointed. If you're in the mood for Jack in the Box, avoid this location at all costs.
