It was our turn to host the monthly dinner group. We checked our records and were surprised that, as a group, we had never gone to Mac's. We made reservations (started at 8 and ended up with 6) and they were ready for us when we got there. Our servers were excellent. Everyone was friendly and they worked as a team to keep our drinks filled and our table bussed. They brought hard roll to the table to tide us over until our food arrived. And they brough more for us to have with our dinner. I had a large bowl of the crawfish etouffee and my wife had the Grilled Scottish Salmon. We both thought our choices were very tasty. My wife has salmon quite often when we eat out and she said this presentation was right up there with some of the better ones she's had. The etouffee was spicy but not overly so and there was a reasonable number of crawfish. Others in the group had steak (good but not great, too much Oscar sauce on it), pork chops (excellent) and red snapper (some of the best he's ever had). A couple of folks had cocktails and though the martinis were excellent. When I told one friend we were going there, he said he didn't think the food was that good and that it is very noisy. I don't agree about the quality of the food, but he was right about the noise. Fortunately, with only six, we were able to speak loudly and hear each other. But with our normal size group of 8-10, it would have been almost impossible. Glad after over 20 years of this group getting together monthly, we finally gave Mac's a try. It was definitely a good choice.

Good greetings, excellent service from tenured staff. Crab cakes, chowder, CFS, fresh sourdough bread and unlimited house salad all done to perfection. Relaxing and upscale atmosphere.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO DANCE AND JUST HAVE A GREAT TIME DJ AND SERVICE IS GREAT
I loved the show, this show is family friendly and you can dance, I recommend it.
