we paid full price and our order came out WRONG! we paid 40 dollars for 3 meals and never received our fries, reminder we paid FULL PRICE. there is no excuses for this mistake because there were at least 13 employees present. not only that but they forgot our drinks as well. y'all are cut.

make fresh coffee when you return it because its old cold coffee. I reorder they ask me to park in number one they never come out with the coffee. I go in and the coffee is there sitting on the counter. I ask for it and the coffe is the same old coffee I gave up and left. no body is paying attention there.

I recently just attended this location (I live in town) and the staff advised me that I was not able to get a fountain drink because the machine was out of service (No big deal I chose chocolate milk for my Happy Meals) Then I come to see 5 minutes into my visit, that everyone was grabbing coke, and powerade from the same fountain machines that they claimed were out of service. I am pretty sure they lied to me because of my looks.

I do give this place 1 star this evening, there back up on orders and very unorganized . No one has attended me since I got to the 2nd window, and do not have my order ready. Been in line waiting for the past 20mins very unsatisfactory service. Hope this message finds confronting to those who wish to visit this restaurant in the future.

McDonald's in Weslaco, TX, is always busy, and you can see why burgers and fries are awesome and staff of employees are very efficient in taking care of their customers.

So is the medium fry the new small fry? Manager Crystal tried to tell me this was the portion they need to follow lmao. I can get a full portion of fries for the same cost anywhere else, unacceptable.
These restaurant sux big time been here several times .talked to management still no change ...I would closed it down,or fire all the workers and management and get new people...
