I went for my first time to eat and the food was delicious and great customer service and the place is awesome

So first off I do not like leaving bad reviews. But after reading the reviews, I felt I should leave mine. We use to frequent this restaurant at least 2-3 times a month. A few months ago we were waiting for our food and noticed a German cockroach on a table In front of us. Though we grossed out a bit, we gave the place the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it somehow made its way from outside… Well today we go, sit down and yup another German cockroach crawling on the upholstered seats against the wall…so we left. I figured if they had a roach issue they would have fixed it by now. So unfortunately this place is on our blacklist for now (probably permanently)…and the Mercedes location has been on our blacklist since it opened. Ants all over the tables, flat drinks, and watery pasta. At least the Donna location had better food, drinks sometimes were hit or miss. So disappointing, and no I didn’t get a picture.

I placed an order for my autistic son, and his food was forgotten. When I followed up, the staff did not seem concerned. Given his needs, this is really disappointing. I expect better care and empathy toward customers

I had gone yesterday to eat. When I went to pay for my food the lady made me and my friends all tap our cards twice even after the screen said “Approved” she was a young 20-30 looking lady with arm tattoos and reddish hair. I wake up today to a message from my bank that my card information had been stolen and used. I call the bank and the only place I used my card that day was at Morans pizza in Donna Texas. This poor establishment stole me and my friend’s card information and stole our money. I will never be coming back again and making a police report. I will share on all social media platforms about how Morans pizza stole my information and money.
I can’t believe even after the extremely high prices they still have to steal from people even more.

The pizza crust was good. Pepperoni was a little greasy but nothing terrible. Could have used more cheese for my liking

The food was good but the service was abismal. We went to have dinner and took about 20 mins to get the drinks. Another 30 mins to get the food and then we were asked to move tables because they forgot they had a reservation. They did mess up our pizza. My husband had to get up to go get our own plates because no one was attending as well.

Don’t recommend. Ate or tried too today and the pizza was cold and the waitress and staff there was so rude and unprofessional one of the workers was holding a random person baby while taking orders . Like is that a daycare or restaurant?? Just so rude and unprofessional that was my first time going there and did not like and will not be going . I will be reporting this to health department and I did take pictures of everything. Next time train your employees to work instead of walking around holding peoples babies and not communicating correctly with the guest at your restaurant and have fresh pizza and welcome your guest .

I really don't know how people can support this place.

I came here for the first time, dine in, on a Friday night. It took about 10 minutes to get a menu, and about 20 to get a drink.. Only one of the three waitresses was attending to tables. The front of the house crew looked pretty lost.

Since the kitchen is visible, there are two cooks cranking out hand made doughs and one working on appetizers. Thats absurd considering mainstream corporate places have AT LEAST 3 people making pizzas that are already prepped and ready to go. There really didn't appear to be a manager on site, and the foh crew looked well under 25.

The crew wasn't able to keep up with cleaning tables and turning them over. Obviously they have little to no training.

And the pizza I ordered, while it was tasty, was so soggy and crumpled under its own weight due to an excess of toppings.

This place is an extreme disappointment. More so from what I saw this place suffers terribly from neglect and employee abuse. They can't even take the time to put a toilet seat on their only toilet in the house.

Always the best and unique pizza in the valley. Great staff as well, it's always a joy popping in to get some Taco pizza.

Trash place,the service is terrible. The girls are all over the place and don't know which way to go. We stayed waiting for service for a while till they finally came and welcomed us. We will never go back here ever!
