Horrible service, waited over an hr in a half for my order to be delivered. I called and i was advised my order was ready and would be delivered shortly. 15 minutes later i received a msg that my order has been cancelled due to them giving it to the wrong door dash driver. I call and all they say is sorry u will get your money back in 10 business days! 2nd time this happens this month I thought Id give them another chance. Definitely not ordering from this place again. Manager was so unprofessional and seemed like he didnt know what he was talking about

I’ve been going to this place and it’s always been terrible and more the management they have with the Ivette the manager or idk she’s Terrible she has no customer service and doesn’t let us explain what’s wrong because she says “she’s never wrong” I don’t know what time or employee or managers they have I need them to do something about her

Drive thru the chicken is the worst I've had I will stick with tx blvd weslaco the chicken parts were hard as if it was sitting there and the white rice not smooth at all. I can also taste the preservative in the chicken in all locations but this one tastes more noticeable

Umm bad drive thru service! They forgot to include the teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken. Rice as dry and flavorless and they didn’t even include soy sauce or chili sauce.

I went in to this specific location in donna and we ordered two bigger plates they gave one playe right away but I had to wait for mine 10 mind and when I opened it it had a public hair I asked for a new plate and they said it would another wait at that point it was gonna be 30 mins later so I just aske for my money back because I felt uncomfortable eating it and so then they refused a money return and they kept insisting they couldn't help me they had to speak to the top people and they finally agreed to a money return but they only did it for one plate. I'm not coming back to this location

Ordered orange chicken with chowmein. The chicken was dry not sauce. The chowmien had more onion in it then noodles. I was disappointed in my meal. I told one of the crew members and they said that's the way it is. Oh well.

The food is good and the portion sizes are appropriate for the cost. I've dined in a couple of times and they're quick to take your order and fill your plate but then the food just sits there for 4 or 5 minutes getting cold because the register is slow. This is what I experience with only one or two people in line. I can only imagine how much time they will l take if they get busy.
