Went during my 1 hour break asked for a hot dog meal and a salad when I got back to work i noticed that the hot dog was missing only the fries were in there and they weren't even busy at the time.. I called to let them know and the manager wants to give me a time frame to pick up the hot dog after it was there mistake... never again will go to the stars in Donna worst service ever

Went by for some drinks. Ordered online by scanning QR code and everything seemed to be fine until person came out to give me the drinks. Girl almost shoved them in my face and had a stank face attitude going on that she did’t even smile ir say anything AT ALL!! Customer service goes along way!!

Had 2 combo meals of fish sandwiches. Sandwiches were oily and fries were cold. Very bad experience.

I think we as customers should be notified when we order from the menu that is available, order my food and got my meal and the drink. I called the innercom because my drink was half way served,the server and manager came to my car with attitude and said it's bc they are out of cups size and said it with attitude and face .
